Mission Voice of Calchas

Coruscant - Level 5000
A rogue mission to investigate a potential hidden Sith facility on Coruscant. That’s the only information he’d relayed to the rest of the Lightsworn, those who’d asked. If he told them the source of this tip… well, better to keep some things a mystery.

Tydeus curled and uncurled the fingers of his gloved left hand, watching as each digit moved in response to his will. He wore a simple tunic, pants, and boots. All in black.

Before him loomed a massive power conduit station. He looked up from where he stood as two glass doors slid open and a series of officials stepped out, deeply invested in whatever information scrolled across their data pads.

The Tionese boy breathed in and out, centering himself, then concentrated as the holocron taught him. A thin veil of illusion in the Force slipped over his form like a cloak. Light warped around him, camouflaging his presence to physical sight.

Moving with soft steps, Tydeus slipped through the open glass doors before they slid closed behind the officials and entered the energy facility.

Quietly, into an encrypted transmitter, Tydeus whispered. ”I’m inside. Now where?”

Far and away on Jaemus, locked deep within the prime administrative ziggurat, Antipater watched a holographic map of Conduit Station 3476 slowly rotate. He sat there nearly slumped, chin resting in his hand. He understood this to be a common pose among bored kings and chose it for his own personal bemusement.

A small, blinking red light indicated the approximate position of Tydeus. The boy wanted to win his spurs, so Antipater had offered him Sith tunnels on Coruscant. Something he expected to no longer be in use. Undefended and forgotten, a simple and easy conquest. No risk, but Tydeus and his little friends did not need to know that.

Time would prove Antipater incorrect and his current deportment poorly selected.

For now, though, he answered Tydeus with his usual smooth drawl. "There is a service elevator forty meters north of your current position. Take it as far up as it will go. I suggest obtaining an access card, unless you enjoy the climb."
