SPECIAL FEATURES
STRENGTHS
  • Kinetic Threat - Belying its sleek appearance, Lisette’s bodysuit is very capable in defending its wearer against kinetic threats. In particular, the particle shielding integrated into the conformal shield projectors and the armorweave provides protection against penetration, while the shear thickening underlayer protects against blunt kinetic force.
  • Energy Aegis - With its norris root-stained phrik-integrum composite armorweave, miniaturized conformal shield projectors, and transparent shield weave, Lisette’s bodysuit gives her an incredible degree of defense against energy, up to and including disruptors, electricity, particle beams, lightsabers, and other powerful weapons of this class.
  • Cooler - With the thermal shielding into the conformal shield projectors, the bodysuit is very resistant to heat and fire, protecting both the suit and the wearer underneath.
  • Void Dancer - The bodysuit was designed with a particular emphasis on stealth capabilities. With the inclusion of a photo-reactive overcoat, Taozin, a stealth polymer undercoat, a sensor jammer, a Thermoguard, an exotic mirror construction, sound dampening, and a cloaking device, the bodysuit and its wearer are extraordinarily difficult to pick out whether via synthetic, supernatural, or organic senses.
  • Shockwave - The Verpine shielding integrated into the conformal shield projectors is rated to mitigate sonic attacks with excellent efficiency. Thus, the bodysuit is effective against sonic weapons, protecting the wearer and her internal organs from the deleterious effects of these assaults.
WEAKNESSES
  • Acerbic Affliction - Unfortunately, acid weapons are very effective at eating through the bodysuit’s protective material to harm the wearer directly, potentially inflicting a host of dangerous effects.
  • Neck Piece - The neck piece houses sensitive electronics, defensive projectors, and other support systems. While resilient, damage to this part of the suit could compromise these functions, leaving Lisette deprived of head protection.
  • Bone Chill - So long as its systems remain sealed (and intact) the bodysuit will maintain the Lisette’s body temperature (and comfort) in cold environments quite well. Unfortunately, the bodysuit’s ability to defend against cold-based weapons leaves much to be desired. If struck, such weapons will likely inflict severe, freezing effects on Lisette’s flesh.
  • Radioactive - While the bodysuit is capable of protecting Lisette from background radiation in the environment, it does a poor job in protecting its wearer from weaponized radiation, due to it being far more concentrated than radiation in an environment or a vacuum.
  • Tensor - While optimized to mitigate damage from most forms of energy-based assaults, tensor weapons are indeed the exception. In firing compressed tractor beam waves, they can bypass most of the bodysuit’s defenses and affect the wearer’s body at a cellular level, with the potential to cause death or severe injury.
DESCRIPTION
With the revelation of her true nature after spending so much of her life wondering why she was often invisible to those around her, Lisette not only uncovered a critical facet of her existence, but she also became a priceless asset for the Empire of the Lost. Thus, it went without saying that she needed only the very best protection at her disposal, to safeguard her person while engaged in the field. And so, after the completion of her training, a combat bodysuit was commissioned for her.

Christened as the Void Empress, the bodysuit is a shield suit, deriving much of its protection from miniaturized, conformal shield projectors woven into the surface. The remaining protection is provided by the neck piece and the construction of the suit itself—phrik-integrum armorweave, flex-armor, norris root staining, and anti-shank cloth. From here, the suit features a bevy of stealth systems to render it almost entirely imperceptible to synthetic, supernatural, and organic senses.

However, the Void Empress does not compromise on utility. The belt holds an infiltration suite and various equipment for field activities. A full face mask serves to protect Lisette from the elements, while also concealing her identity. In addition, the bodysuit comes with an integrated armament which includes plasma chakram projectors integrated into both gloves, a Harrower sonic projector in the mask, and kinetite shockwave strike weapons in the boots. There are also provisions to attach additional armaments on the wrists.

In this, the Void Empress is designed to be as stealthy and lethal as its wearer, reflecting her nature—a deadly void that is easily missed and just as easily forgotten.
