DESCRIPTION
The Opulence is a tale of two vessels. According to the propaganda reels of the New Imperial Order, the hospital vessel was a gift to the Galaxy, and a provider of humanitarian aid to all who seek it. A flagship of support and well-being within the fleet, a sense of moral pride accompanies the Opulence wherever it is deployed to. The ship is staffed with medical personnel, disaster relief supplies, and an insurmountable force of emergency and on-site care for Imperial combatant forces. The Opulence brings with it rapid, flexible, and mobile surgical and medical services to the fleet and armed forces. The sight of this vessel, in the atmosphere of any planet, brings with it the symbolic feeling "help is on the way."
But there is a darker side to it's presence. A side which in of itself, mirrors the same Sith the New Imperial Order sought to break away from - a side with malicious intent, a side with a pursuit for knowledge at the expense of morality. As commanded by its patron, Moff Kapshan, the laboratories and medical research centres are designed to forge new super soldiers and technology for the New Imperial Order's crusade. Ranging from the science behind artificial intelligence to the research progressing cybernetic enhancement and droid construction, the Moff spared no expense at encompassing the entirety of the Imperial Order's budget allotted to his control to build the ship. Constantly under pressure to build and deliver, the Opulence is constantly undergoing upgrades to further his goals and those of the New Imperial Order.
This isn't to say that these goals detract from the public eye's view of the Opulence. Very capable of providing relief to any fleet, battle, or planet, the hospital vessel can potentially bolster an entire capital city's worth of medical personnel and supplies without relief. Providing supplies, food, and shelter for potentially thousands, the Opulence's presence brings with it an uplifting visage of support in dire times. Directed as needed by the Imperial Order to provide relief to anything ranging from planetary battles, pandemics, or disaster relief, the hospital vessel is capable of shouldering a massive amount of subjects upon command.

- High Capacity Hangar: With operations and directives in place to aid in disaster relief, the Opulence has a vast hangar space. And while most is allotted to the storage of cargo or medical transports, the vessel sports a high compliment of fighter craft and bombers.
- Ergonomic Defense: With such limited armament, the Opulence is vulnerable to boarders. A fact not lost on the vessels designers. As such the Opulence has been designed to funnel boarders into sectors designed to either be vented or ambushed by shipboard personnel.
- Low Armament: The Opulence is first and foremost a vessel for research and healing. As such, it has a low capacity for offensive operations.
- Less Than Pleasant Company: The Opulence hosts a cadre of less than welcome company, be it the wild and deadly predators, violent patients or prisoners bought aboard. These elements provide an ever present danger to the researchers, military personnel and most importantly; research performed aboard the Opulence.

- Medical Centre: Though a cover for the Opulence and it's position within the various organizations is progresses, it nevertheless staffs up to 3,000 trained medical professionals at any given time, with state-of-the-art facilities and bacta rejuvenation wards.
- Droid Manufacture Foundry: Though not outfitted for massive production on an industrialized scale similar to the Arc Hammer or the Luchrehulk-class control ships, limited production of experimental droids is conducted in this facility. Weapons training and calibration facilities are provided in conjunction with the Foundry.
- Cybernetics Research: Several facilities onboard the Opulence conduct cybernetic implementation and research to help implement medicinal technology and physical development of subjects onboard. Physical rehabilitation facilities are provided.
- Genetics Research Laboratory: Though not his specialty, Moff Kapshan had several facilities within the Opulence constructed to conduct exploratory genetics research to aid in providing vaccine development, disease containment, gene-splicing, and other valuable projects dedicated to the medicinal community of the Opulence.
- Beskar Alloy Engineering: Beskar'gam, Mandalorian Iron, whatever one may call it, has always been of Moff Kapshan's captivated interest. As such, the Moff has used his influence to ensure the study and deconstruction of Mandalorian iron an ever present theme aboard the vessel.
- Tevatron Accelerator: One of the circular basins of the Opulence possesses a particle accelerator, intended for study and collision of particle physics, dark matter, zero point and phantom energy. It also serves as the magnetization focal point for the condensation of matter and the study of particle density.
- The VEIL: The VEIL, housed in one of the circular basins of the Opulence, possesses an experiment researching hypothetical particles by providing an instructive interface array for Project Luminar, studying stellar anomalies and objects for subtle differences between matter and antimatter.
- Enochian Storage Facility: The Enochian storage facility is designed to house several projects for the development and computation of Artificial Intelligences designed by VOID Inc, as well as provide further quantum computations for inline block chain devices such as prototypes for large scale data storage aggregators.
- Hydrogen Fuel Rod Stations: The Opulence possesses several cooling rod stations devoted to and designed for containing and transporting large amounts of hydrogen fuel rods to be repurposed for research opportunities by VOID Inc. interests.
- Beast Pens: Working in tandem with the gene splicing labs, a portion of the vessel has been allotted for the breeding of animals to harvest their genealogy. Held in cages designed to emulate their homeworlds, the pens can house anything from the mighty rancor all the way to the tiniest air shrimp, or tanks for Dianoga.
- Maximum Security Holding Cells: The Opulence houses a maximum security detention centre, designed to hold potentially mentally unstable patients who have undergone cybernetic and biological augmentation.
