Volkswagen launcher

EVE-Online players will probably recognize the weapons commonly called the Volkswagen Launcher: a number of 1400mm-caliber cannons qualify under that name. My aim here would be to dev long-range, assault concussion missile launchers for shipboard Silver Jedi use, firing missiles roughly that big. But I know that sort of thing would require dev threads.

To me such a weapon would be used for deterrence: actually firing it should be a last resort measure.

There could be some way, although admittedly beyond your medical functions and you being paraplegic, I don't know that much about your character.
