Vote: Major vs Minor

Forgotten, not gone.
I voted Yes to go Minor before because I found we had nobody around who was willing to lead us as a major. Now that Bryce is back along with the support of some people that seem willing to help out with things I believe that we by the very least owe it to ourselves to look over what we have, what we can do moving forward and then make our choice whether we actually want to go minor or not.
I also do believe that the KIL/LIP/ORC/[new faction abbreviation] has a really good shot at being great as long as all discussions from this point onward take place exclusively on the site. The new faction that is built should take shape by as many hands as possible, and only once it has been given the chance to do just that will I be happy to vote to stay Major.
I know I've been a headache today, and I do apologize for any inconvenience that has been caused by it. In the end this vote is a step in the right direction towards what I wanted to convey and ask for, the next is the part I mentioned above: to create something new that appeals to us all.
And, I do believe we already have a very good foundation laid out to work from for that.
