Qwantel Zhalve
"Honest" Businessman
Zhalve frowned. He felt as if he was being ignored. He decided to speak again in case the rest of the Senate hadn't heard what he was saying.
"I'd like to point out it is not your duty, @[member="Devra Winji"], to announce before the Senate what your taste of good conduct is and what's not. Also, I'd advise that you take your time to learn more about the vice chancellor's constitutional obligations as vice chancellor yourself before speaking about it. It says clearly in the constituion (aka OOC info) as the following: Vice Chancellor -~ limitation of service. Presides over the Senate. Announces bills and records votes. Oversees the budget and makes changes before voting on it. When was the last time you've seen the Vice Chancellor oversee the budget? She says she served on a committee regarding the Jedi. What about the budget? If there were no budget committes, the vice chancellor should've proposed it's creation. And when was the last time you've seen the vice chancellor 'preside' over the Senate? And let me make it clear that attendance and voting isn't what we describe as 'presiding over the Senate'. I do hope that's enough clarifications for you, madam senator from Kuat."
