Vote: Ship Armament Restrictions

I move that we restrict Hypervelocity Guns to Light Star Destroyers and larger, owing to the need for massive power requirements, and long barrels for acceleration.

I'll third this, though with the caveat that if ships made prior to this being in place are retro-edited if reported, though I do believe this is the Standard Operating Procedure currently in use.
