Description:
The Carosi Cloning Labs were designed by Alric Kuhn and the people of Rythana as an advanced facility that would rival those held by the Kaminoans and Spaarti.
The building itself is massive, capable of holding nearly one thousand five hundred employees and enough cloning cylinders for nearly twenty thousand beings. The facility itself is state of the art, white walls, bright white lights, and seamless walls make the facility appear as though it were built out a single piece of metal rather than several thousands plates of durasteel. The facility is placed at the side of a mountain, built into the rock and balanced in place as to make use of the natural outcropping of stone to house more of its expanse.
The facility itself is cut into three sections.
The first of these three sections is housing. The housing section of the Facility holds residential, recreational, and cafeteria modules. Within this section of the Facility the employees of Vanir Technologies spend most of their off time, including sleep and entertainment. There is enough within this section of the facility to house all fifteen hundred employees and keep them entertained in the rare times that they have nothing to do.
The Second section of the Facility is the Communications outpost. In keeping with the theme of Vanir Technologies Facilities, the secondary function of the cloning labs is to act as a Communications outpost. Much like Vanir's other Facilities the Carosi Cloning Labs come with a full Communications and relay suite, being hooked into the Dark-Net as well as the Holo-Net to allow for instantaneous communications within both networks.
The Last and most important section of the Carosi Facility is its Cloning Laboratory. The reason that this facility was first built was to follow through on the deal that was struck between Alric Kuhn and the people of Rydonni Prime.
The deal was simple, Alric would purchase their company, Rythana, a bio-medical corporation with a specific focus on Cloning Technologies, and would take their knowldege and transplant it into a new state of the art facility. Following through on this promise was rather simple, the people of Rydonni Prime were given oversight in the construction of the facility and under their watchful eye and careful guidance the Cloning Laboratories on Carosi XII were turned into a state of the art cloning facility that rivaled those of the Kaminoans.
Like all Vanir Technologies Facilities, the Cloning Laboratories on Carosi XII are defended by a large complement of Saeva Incorporated Soldiers, though due to new safety protocols the Carosi facility is also equipped with additional counter measures. Along with the Saeva Guards the Carosi Facility was also built with several large Baradium charged placed throughout the building. These charges equal more than a kiloton in total explosive force and are enough to vaporized the entire facility, along with everyone and everything in it. This feature was added for two reasons. The first was in case any experiment or creature within the facility got two out of hand, and the second was in case the facility was compromised by an enemy force.
History:
The History of the Carosi XII Cloning Laboratories is neither long, nor storied.
Vanri Technologies, in its quest to further technological advancement and create growth within itself sought to begin its expansion into Cloning technologies. Alric Kuhn, having a past association and experience with the people of Rydonni Prime, and knowing the planets troubles, immediately sought of the aid of the Rythana Corporation.
Due to the Netherworld Event the people of Rydonni Prime had suffered, their xenophobic nature made business with outsiders difficult and after the events of the Netherworld this xenophobia only increased.
Knowing this, and knowing the quality of the Rythana Corporations product, Alric Kuhn quickly swooped in. He made an offer to the Queen of Rydonni Prime. He offered to buy their corporation at cost and fold it into Vanir Technologies. He would then give the people of Rythana oversight of Vanir Technologies new Cloning Division, assuring them the same control as they had of their own company. In exchange he would gain their extensive knowledge in cloning and his company would expand.
The Queen eagerly accepted, and a short time later the Facility on Carosi XII was created.
