Vulpter raid

While I will slice through the databases for schematics of what technology we salvage on Vulpter, With the fall of the OS, there is more technology there for salvaging than either side can possibly want.

Perhaps there would be 4 objectives (in a nutshell; plot elements will be added in on the IC thread):

1. Salvage the technology schematics (slicing or salvaging)
2. Engage the OS resistance in the planetary capital (one of Charbi or Hpaq; canon is quiet about which one is the capital)
3. Secure the Orbital Advertisement Ring (fleeting)
4. Bring your own
