Vyn Daldoure
NAME: Vyn Daldoure
FACTION: N/A
RANK: Ex-special forces member/ TDB
SPECIES: Iridonian
AGE: 25
SEX: Male
HEIGHT: 185 cm/ 6'1"
WEIGHT: 66 Kilos/ 145 lbs
EYES: Green
HAIR: Black
SKIN: Tan/Caucasian
FORCE SENSITIVE: No
STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES :
Raised as a Weapon: Vyn is the sole Heir of the Daldoure clan, where being born and raised comes with specific purpose and expectation. To train from childhood for becoming a superior killer, passing his genes down, and serving the New Imperial Order. Vyn never glimpsed a normal life outside of his family attending events. Combat training was every day and public school was never an option, his entire childhood and young adulthood revolved around becoming the next heir, an elite soldier bred and raised for war. Immediately after being born, Vyn was augmented with numerous cybernetic enhancements to his body, this was done while Vyn was as young as possible allowing the modifications to feel 'natural'. Then it was being taught how to fight, shoot, negotiate, be a tactician and even think like the "perfect general". The accumulation was sadistically intense training, all of which he experienced mostly as a child and young teen. The experience resulted in his strength, agility, and stamina being severely higher than the average Iridonian.
Aggressive Solution: Due to the way he was raised Vyn absorbed multiple skills pertinent to his family's purpose. However, there were some skills that he gravitated towards. Hand to Hand was the first skill the boy was trained in, being required to kill another with his fists before he was allowed to touch a blade. After that it was how to handle a blaster, which he was extremely suited towards, his skill with a blaster advanced like a rocket, passing up most special forces records by the time he was a teen, and even once joining the military he reached up numerous marksmanship commendations for his feats.
To kill a Sith: his father had zero connection to the force but still, he had killed several sith, and if the rumor had it right even some rogue Jedi who crossed him, that motivation along with his lineage training Vyn was also taught how to deal specifically with force wielders, after all the NIO was in a war with the sith, then his special forces training helped enhance these skills. While he was taught to kill sith and Darkside users specifically, he was still theoretically capable of handling Jedi.
Tactical Theory.: The way he was raised has affected him in many different ways, perhaps the most notable one is how he looks at situations, a third of his schooling consisted of Tactical theory to the point he was able to outplay generals and even a Moff at Cubikahd and Dejarik. Due to this His emotions always play second in decisions, he was brought up to always assess the situation and act according to "logic and tactic" or at least his father's militaristic version, this has resulted in making bad decisions when emotions should be the deciding judge.
Keep it in a straight line: Even though Vyn was taught from a young age and even had more training while in the Navy, he's never quite picked up flying, not that he's bad at it per se he just doesn't enjoy it, so while Vyn is definitely capable of piloting a starship he's also no ace, and if he was caught in a dog fight, he'd sooner crash and shoot back with a blaster.
Not very subtle: Vyn was raised as a fighter, a killer, and a soldier. He was always told to face any conflict he was met with head-on, and even though it's a personal belief of his, Vyn has little to no ability to perform any action stealthily. Though when it's required of him Vyn can typical start quiet but sooner our later ends loud.
Social issues: Vyn was raised with no siblings, being the only successor to the Daldoure legacy much was required of him, he never attended schooling with other children, and the entirety of his off time was spent either learning a new weapon, playing piano, or having the maid teach him ballroom. He never really interacted with others his age until he left Iridonia and joined the Navy, while he gained some ability to socialize, he was never the same after what happened on Yavin.
Back in the moment: Vyn had plenty of bruises and broken limbs over his military service, most of it healed by bacta, and none of it life-threatening. Yavin was different, while all of the Injury's Vyn received escaping Yavin-4 have healed reasonably well and have left almost zero lasting effects on him aside from some ugly scars, the trauma from the experience is mostly a mix of mental and scar aching from pressure changes. Vyn will have days where the healed baster burn will get sore, tighten, or flare-up like he just received them, and while most of the time it's tolerable there are days he's in pure misery.
APPEARANCE:
Vyn is tall, slim, and built. His face is held by a low brow and strong jawline, his green eyes contrast against his tan/caucasian skin with long black hair that's typically slicked or tied back. He wears an olive drab shirt with the sleeves rolled up, over that a black vest that has some utility pockets while. Around his waist is a black belt rig connected to with straps around his torso and thighs for supporting J.A.M.R movement and holding his holster, below the straps he wears brown utility pants and black weatherproof boots that come up to his shins, keeping a holo-communicator band on his left wrist at all times.
An A-180 hangs on in the holster on his right thigh with three code cylinders next to it, on the left side he carries Thermal Detonators and Smoke bombs. The J.A.M.R attachment point on the back of his belt is then connected to his bone structure and cybernetics, the J.A.M.R then hooks to the attachment point, within the pack of the J.A.M.R is the rest of his equipment and the A-180 extensions, secured to the satchel is the sheath for his Vibroknife

BIOGRAPHY:
Vyn was born on Iridonia to the family Daldoure, a strict militant family requiring many things of their children some would deem extremely harsh. As an infant the best doctor's in the NIO Implanted the boy with numerous Cybernetics, then from a young age, he came up fighting his father's men and going on hunts with them, by the time he was only fifteen he had half the bones in his body broken by the only people he knew as family, some of them being actual family members. Vyn despised his youth yearning to leave the estate for something besides another hunting trip, but he never defied his father. Whenever he wasn't fighting, his mother Lyria's human assistant Belldra who was only a few years older than Vyn would spend the time Teaching him all she could for that was her job, and he much rather enjoyed sitting and listening to the stories of old and tales of great people who accomplished even greater things, over being thrown against the sandstone floor of his families villa. Over the next few years Vyn developed an attachment to Belldra, she was the only person who didn't expect the world of Vyn and the only person that he in turn truly trusted, he imagined that was love, though it stayed his secret for he was always promised to another who would eventually help him continue the family legacy.
Vyn's very stagnant life changed for the worse when he was nineteen, his family had just enough time to hear the engines of a sith cruiser in the atmosphere. Vyn doesn't really remember what happened after that, it was all a blur, turbo lasers hitting the Estate's courtyard sith troops advancing and slaughtering everyone, Vyn had awoken the next day to carnage, Imperial troops were moving in as they assisted him out from under the rubble, they explained what had happened the commander of his father's battalion explained they had hit a sith stronghold several managed to survive placing a beacon on the hull of his father's ship trying to wipe out the Daldoure legacy, they almost succeeded. Vyn was devastated but he made a choice, he'd join the Navy and help them ruin the sith empire.
Instantly Vyn was sent to special forces where he trained in practical situations for the next year. After the graduation Vyn had turned twenty and was being sent into a secret unit within the imperial army, a small Special forces group comprised of ten Imperial SF, five Mandalorians, and ten Galactic Alliance commandos, tasked with hitting targets within the sith empire and protecting locations on the border, and for the next three years, they did exactly that members of this unit had grown close, even considering how far apart they were raised and Vyn had found people he truly belonged with.
One day when Vyn was just about twenty-four they received a transmission. Vyn and the people in his unit were assigned to retrieve and destroy the data, they were to head to an isolated base on Yavin-4 where it was being kept. Complying with the orders, they changed trajectory and headed off to what unknowingly was their doom. After landing on Yavin it all felt wrong there was no opposition anywhere outside the base, proceeding onward Vyn's team entered the building, the pitch-black room was suddenly flooded with light from what seemed like an entire battalion of Sith troopers awaiting them. After three days, Vyn was the only survivor even then he was pocked full of laser burns half-dead by the time the rescue team found him.
Vyn was contacted by his higher up while being treated, where they explained his ship's coms had been sliced by a spy while they were on Iridium just hours before Yavin, To his surprise they reprimanded him instead, notifying him he was pronounced dead after 24 hours no contact discharged with honorable service. They left him on Alderaan, with enough credits to go anywhere, the rescue team leaving for a different assignment.
Devastated, not only had he once again lost everyone closest to him but Vyn had absolutely no idea what he would do after, Eventually making his way to the starport from there Vyn had decided he'd do what he could to help the people who needed it most, though that didn't last long, boarding a transport to Bespin where he has been since taking on mercenary work.
