It was 9:30 in the morning. Far to late for a king to sleep in. She had let him oversleep long enough. If she could have she would have woken him around 7:30, a far more proper time. But no. She had to give him that extra time and now it was late. She walked down the halls of the palace on Kesh to bring him his breakfast, all laid out properly on a tray. A decent cereal, bacon, eggs and fruit, along with a healthy brewed juice she always had prepared for him. Her shoes tapped and echoed along the empty halls as she came to his door. Haruko was careful and steady as always while carrying everything on the tray. She never spilled. She made that one of her biggest priorities.
It had only been some time since Haruko had been taken in by [member="Solan Charr"] from the orphanage. She was a little surprised, in all honesty, when he was the one to come to her aid when word of her force powers manifestation came up. In truth she felt the obligation was greater than if he were just another force using master. He was a king as well, and one whom she felt devoted to for giving her a greater purpose. That being said she didn't feel the change from taking care of children in the orphanage was any different from needing to tend to the needs of a king like him. At least he was more sympathetic, even when he was told how she was in fact a boy but had identified otherwise. At least it gave her more of an excuse to act as the more motherly figure she was.
Arriving in his room Haruko could already see Solan still sleeping under his covers. She stood there for a moment, her almost dulled looking eyes beaming at the still sleeping king. She sighed before putting the tray down on a table near his bed before making for the drapes covering the windows. She did not hesitate to pull them fully open, forcing the sunlight to flood into the room. She knew it would be more then that to fully wake him.
"Time to get up, Master Charr." she said in a very blunt voice, her expression not changing. "It's 9:30 in the morning and you've a busy day ahead of you."
When she finished she stood by the bed side in case he needed more to wake him up; or if he needed anything.
