- Appearance: Warner Gadsden is a human male with a slightly above average height and fair skin. He has dirty-blonde hair, which he keeps neatly combed and gelled. He has brown eyes, which are known for giving intense stare downs to anyone who annoys him. He has what many people consider a very handsome face, but has a noticeable scar on his lower lip, which he received during his military service. He speaks in an odd accent, which sounds like a mix between accents from Vandor and Coruscant.

- Wealth: Warner Gadsden is an obscenely rich man. He owns houses on multiple resort planets, in addition to his main residence on Centax-3. He also owns a variety of droid servants, who maintain his residences, and perform manual labor tasks which he considers beneath him. He owns significant shares of multiple large corporations, including the InterGalactic Banking Clan, Industrial Automation, Arcon Multinode, and Preox-Morlana. The source of Gadsden’s near-endless wealth is a combination of strategic investing and other, less savory activities.

- Personality: Warner Gadsden is an enigma. He keeps his true intentions close to his chest, and is slow to reveal information about himself. This has naturally led to plenty of gossiping about him, both among the wealthy elite and the general populace. He is charming and affable to almost everyone he meets, but something about him quite simply feels detached and clinical at times. He has plenty of “friends” who associate with him, but he sees them as nothing more than tools or sources of entertainment. He completely lacks an interest in romantic or sexual relationships, and sees them as a source of weakness. He is not especially attached to any of his possessions either, as he has more than enough wealth to replace anything he owns. This absolute detachment has invoked some people to compare him to a Jedi, but he personally loathes the Jedi, seeing them as obsolete relics of a bygone era. He doesn’t view the Sith much better. While he sees the appeal of waging war for control of the Galaxy in the old-fashioned way, he believes that true power flows from money and influence, not the ability to wave a superheated glow-stick and shoot flashy lightning bolts out of one’s fingertips.

- Combat Function: Werner Gadsden usually leaves combat to his droid servants, but can wield a sword or blaster with deadly proficiency when he needs to. The fact that he is completely force-dead makes him especially dangerous to force-users.

- Force-Dead: Warner Gadsden has an incredibly rare condition which renders him completely cut-off from the Force. This gives him a significant edge against force-sensitives, both in and out of combat. However, see weaknesses.
- Nothing To Loose: Warner Gadsden completely lacks attachments which can be exploited. Directly threatening him is the only way to coerce him.
- Obscenely Rich: Warner Gadsden is one of the richest people in the entire Galaxy, and can simply buy his way out of many situations.
- Brilliant Mind: Warner Gadsden is dangerously smart, and is always thinking three steps ahead.
- Combat Skill: Warner Gadsden is skilled with both swords and blasters, and should not be underestimated in direct combat.
- Well-Connected: Warner Gadsden knows many rich and powerful people, several of whom owe him debts. His connections range from important crime bosses to influential professional athletes.
- Force-Dead: Warner Gadsden has an incredibly rare condition which leaves him completely cut-off from the Force. This means he lacks the ability to think instinctively, and has trouble connecting with other people. However, see strengths.
- Humanocentric: Warner Gadsden is rather disdainful towards non-humans. He sees droids as mindless machines, and views aliens as annoying at best, and mere animals at worst. These dismissive attitudes have led him to underestimate non-humans more than once.
- Terrible Driver: Warner Gadsden is useless at driving any sort of vehicle. Due to this, he is dependent on a droid servant to drive his JG-8 Luxury Landspeeder.
Warner Gadsden was born on the Outer-Rim ice planet of Vandor. He was born with a midi-chlorian count of 0, an extremely rare condition in humans. He would not learn of his condition until years later, but it affected him from his birth. His parents had a difficult time connecting with their son in any meaningful way, simply seeing raising him as an obligation rather than a joy. When Warner was 5, his parents had another child. His parents named their second son Hector. Interestingly, they immediately loved Hector, unlike Warner. This annoyed Warner greatly, and he came to despise his little brother. Warner did not love his parents any more than they loved him, but not being the sole focus of their attention anymore made him jealous of his brother.
One day when Warner was eight years old, Hector brought an unusual visitor home from school. This visitor was a Jedi Knight. The Jedi had identified Hector as force-sensitive, and wanted permission to take him to the Jedi Order for training. The parents agreed, but requested that the Jedi also take a look at Warner to see if he was force sensitive. Truthfully, they just wanted to be rid of Warner, and wanted to see if this Jedi could take him off their hands. When Warner introduced himself to the Jedi, the Jedi was shocked. He could not feel the boy’s presence in the force at all. When the Jedi performed a midi-chlorian test on Warner’s blood, he found that he had no midi-chlorians at all. Obviously, Warner was not taken as a Jedi, and Hector was. This incident left Warner with a lifelong loathing of the Jedi.
Years passed, and as Warner grew up, he became fascinated with the ultra-wealthy lifestyles of the people of the Core Worlds. He decided that he had no more use of his parents, and ran away to live on his own at the age of 15. After running away, he joined the Galactic Alliance Military, fighting in the Second Great Hyperspace War. During the war, he devolved a rather unhealthy attitude towards killing, seeing it almost like a sport. He managed to kill an unprecedented 3 Sith warriors in single combat, due to being force-dead. For this, he was decorated as a war hero, and was promoted to the rank of Commander. After the war ended, he was honorably discharged, but took his attitude towards killing with him.
After buying a small apartment on Telos, Gadsden went into in to the banking business, and managed to work his way up the ranks of Ybraxos Financial Services. His rise was helped by the fact that his competitors had a tendency to suddenly die under mysterious circumstances. During his time working for Ybraxos Financial Services, he managed to pick up some useful knowledge about investing in the Galactic Stock Exchange. He took this information, and began investing. After making some strategic investments, Gadsden was able to attain his vast wealth. He also supplemented his income with some… less than legal side hustles.
Eventually, Gadsden moved off of Telos, and purchased a massive mansion on Centax-3, and a collection of servant droids to staff it. After buying the mansion, he began hosting extravagant social events for the wealthy elites of Coruscant and its other moons. Copious amounts of alcoholic beverages were served at these parties, but Gadsden always refrained from drinking any himself. During these parties, a perfectly sober Gadsden simply watched his guests indulge in the most depraved desires, as his servant droids secretly recorded everything. Needless to say, these parties were a goldmine for blackmail material.
Nowadays, Gadsden continues to exist in much the same way as when he first moved to Centax-3. He is richer, and has more connections than when he started, but nothing about his position has fundamentally changed. Ultimately, he has been effectively the same jealous little boy since his childhood on Vandor. Sure, he may have gained an enjoyment of killing and a vast fortune, but at the end of the day, he has always been like this.
