- Accessibility: Easily entered from the village, the defenses of the village protect the tower and it protects the shield generator that covers the area.
- Description: Built by the Kensei atop the Floating world a station that crashed into the mountains and made the lake they are on. THe tower has been rebuilt several times with different materials each time larger and more spacious. Able to hol nearly five hundred sisters and offer them training, having visibly more rooms for clothing and tea ceremonies, banquets or celebrations. The tower has been renovated throughout the Jishi era with new advances in technology allowing it to house more and built from kazue stone making it incredibly strong. Internal defenses that modernize the village with defensive walls in the mountains, defensive platforms and the Gado combat units that protect it like a militia or police force.
The Tower: Ancient and rebuilt hundreds of time, each time larger and slightly stronger with new techniques to house and train publicly the Kensei to the people. The secretive nature of the tower and that no one is permitted within it that is not a sister has led some to call it the maiden's tower because the Kensei do not have husbands, or children. THey are legendary for their chastity vows and beauty.
The Floating World: A cannibalized space station fallen to atrisia and making the impact crater in the mountains. Discovered long ago under the rock and earth to become the secret world of the Kensei's order. THe station's remains are mostly the reactor and shielding projector. One strong enough to handle the world armor shield it can make over the village and a little fo the surrounding area. The vaults and private quarters of the sister's who chose to remain there, others can go out into the village to live.
The Library: Ancient and deep within the floating world... the library of the Tower is filled with tens of thousands of tomes from each Keisei who has lived and recorded the history of Atrisia.. organized in a way only the grandmaster understands to let them recount the history of the world to themselves. Outsiders are expressly forbidden from the room.

Ancient by most standards, the station was set in place by an unknown species and decayed in orbit after they disappeared. Crashing into a section of the mountain range it sat there for centuries until the earth and forest grew over it. The fleeing Kokiden felt it in a vision for its importance. She came to the mountains and found the ship using it to protect herself and slowly building her own village over the years with a tower on top of the entrance. While most believed she and those who came to the village stayed within the tower in secret they went into the ship itself.
The ship offered them protection and learning how to use it they were able to observe and even communicate with each other in the mountains. Gathering supplies and materials needed to continue to build up their home. Over the centuries the secret of the station came to be known as the Keisei's greatest thing. Masters of the Floating World and artists. The credits and currencies they received from around the world itself allowed them to improve their own homes and the village around them. The tower being replaced with stone and they continued to build themselves up.
Over the thousands of years as the station served to become home and the Keisei more reclusive and secretive they sold off what was in the hanger to make space, weapons and most of the systems. Keeping the barest essentials as the engines and reactor would not serve much. INstead using connections and their wealth to get new defenses. A planetary shield designed to be powered by the ships reactor lets them protect the village and station. A stronger high powered reactor when they heard the news of its power and construction droids tech. A molecular furnace that could be used.
The Keisei have worked to keep the station a secret far longer then many realize with a larger tower and order built upon it. Using it as they seal away and teach their arts. Rooms converted for different training purposes, vaults for scrolls and books they have recorded. Journals that have been set up and a computer system designed to archive all of their knowledge of atrisian emperors, lords, ladies, warlords, people of interest. Stories and musings from the different Keisei over the centuries. A vast collection of robes, kimono's and gemstones. The Keisei's ship managed to survive the darkness and plague.
In the netherworld it sheltered those Keisei on Atrisia and with the destruction of Jar'kai it was used to provide funding to restore the village. The station's shield being used to protect it from the destruction that was spewing into the air. THe Keisei have continued to keep it a secret and make its very nature something they reveal to everyone and keep so far into the shadows. The stations only means of use is the large storage capacity it has and rooms, defensive shielding and its furnace for construction and reconstruction. Its storehouse of knowledge and information of Kital Phard and Atrisia is second to none.
The Floating world itself is only part of it with a Molecular Furnace and advanced reactor it also provides for the tower above. Stone with metal laced through it to reinforce the tower itself. Located on a small island that was man made by flooding the area around the tower originally. GIving them a lake and source of water that could be purified and recycled. A small sewer system with recyclers and scrubbers.THey had been working to make the village and tower a mixture of modern with the classic. It looks simple but closer inspection will show that it is more modern with wooden paneling over the stone and metal. Temperature regulation, air cleaners.
Sections fo the tower near the base as able to be opened, walls slide away to reveal a partially interior and exterior banquet area. For parties and celebrations, a shrine for the different gods and rooms to entertain. THe more levels you go up the tower you find traiing rooms for dancing, rooms for tuning instruments. Veranda's that can be opened to look out on the lake with trees and flowers, rooms for painting, letter writing, weaving. Libraries that are for the apprentices with detailed histories from their sisters of Atrisia. Maps of regions on the planet they have gone, the latest news and information. Still above that are quarters, designed to be functional and with the apprentices, then their big sisters and finally their mother who oversees all fo them.
The tower also served a secondary purpose as the base of the village, with the lake to its one side the village to the other its bridges go out forming the beginnings of what from orbit if you looked creates a fan. Each street made to be the metal and the colored rooftops the paper that would connect them. A thing of beauty against the blue and grey of the mountains. The small streams and pathways that have been made under bridges with water from the lake going in also serves to allow small boats to travel and move around. Depending on the time of year and what could look the most amazing for a client. The village serving to host the majority fo parties in and for those who are being brought to them for training to filter them.
THe Jishi era has seen the Keisei expanding... somewhat.. their history and isolation even among Atrisians largely remains the same but for those loyal to Atrisia they welcome them... the skilled and the beautiful... the tower holds the children of Atrisia and raises them to become works of art... the Keisei train them to be loyal to everything of the world and exclusively females makes it difficult for others to be brought about. The water gardens and the tower functioning as the largest properties of the Keisei.
