Hello everyone,

You may have noticed Jorus and I have begun to take steps back as real world event pull us away from Chaos. In all honesty just as Jorus before me, my time as faction owner seems to have run its course. It is time for some new blood to take the lead while I move to a support roll and help my successor take ORC to even greater heights.

My hand picked successor for this will be none other than current admin Sanya Val Swift. Now I know her first introduction to us was a little “rocky” *cough* (blowing up phirk factory) *cough*, but I have had the pleasure of watching her growth from distant outsider to full fledged banner carrier and trust member of our “unique” family. I feel she had the love, passion, and creativity to take the “chair” and continue to help ORC evolve and grow.

Now this will not be an instant change, and her election is by no means a sure thing. As with everything in ORC this will be a group vote. I’m going to be here for the next couple of weeks and let her ease into the job and make sure she feels it is what she wants and that you all have a chance to see her leadership style.

After that time I will let open the voting thread and let you all vote to confirm her as my successor or plan for another if that is what is needed. If all goes to plan I will transition ownership to Sanya and just like Jorus before me and drop back into an admin role, never being too far from you all.

Sanya will follow me here to talk about this next step and to introduce the newest member of our admin team as well, as well as speak about her ideas for our factions next phase.

I’m going to start this off with a simple speech.

I’m not perfect and I am human. So expect mistakes and I hope you to point them out to me so I can learn from them and avoid them. As always any plans myself and admins make will be ran through everyone before going into action. After all it works and it keeps everyone interested. As a leader I will try to bring more fun and interactive stories and find new ways to enrich them too. Not only that but I would like to try use as much content our members make as possible. This means places, npc’s and tools. This would also make room for some nifty little challenges for everyone with rewards. May it be a rank title or something special. With some of the idea that i'm sure the admins and everyone comes up with we will bring a new golden age to the best damn fraction, the Otter Pim coalnation … sorry I meant the Outer Rim Coalition.

As for my first ever announcement as leader, I have myself a successor to my role on the admin team. Everyone please give a warm welcome to [member="Vaudin Miir"]. I will look forward to what he can bring to the table and help us with a new perspective. So with further ado LET'S KNOCK SOME HEADS YOU MISCHIEVOUS BUNCH.
