I know I have no right to ask but I am. Today the order of the black rose has been given a recall notice and me and the remaining few active really don't want to see it go back down. The past few months for us has been a struggle for us and she have tried many ways to recruit.

So my question is if any of you have a spare character nfu or fu that you want use again, but been looking for a meaning to use that char then please send them over and help us.

We are a neutral fraction and we are striving for an alliance with the republic as you read and write as there is a thread going on. Also as I mentioned a little while back we have a dominion on the go so if those 50 posts get done this week it will show the admins we are striving for activity again.

So please I'm asking you all please help us. The doors are open.

Can't have a major faction that does all it can to avoid conflict. Look at the Levantine Sanctum. They did that and were recalled. You as a Faction Owner need to get your folks working together for a collective plotline. Asking others for help only does so much and at worst pulls active writers away from other faction, hitting them in turn.

Suggestion: encourage your people to step up and fight or contribute in some way to the perceived "warstuff" threads rather than sit back and twiddle their thumbs. As a major faction, war is gonna be a sizeable staple of your activity. Adopting a National Guard viewpoint could help a lot.

That's when it falls to the Faction Leader to push the threads in the Skype chats and back rooms. I think you're the only one who's shown, which is good, but one person cannot write a faction. Gotta step up and get your writers to put some effort into the faction, or the faction will go away.

For those of your people who do not want to do War stuff in the Skirmish, they can do war-related stuff like act as field medics or preservationists trying to save something from the destruction the Skirmish is causing. It is all story, and any story can fit into anyone's story with the right mindset and imagination.
