Another installment in your weekly news.

Rebellion looms on the horizon. Worlds near Belsavis grumble at whisperings that the Galactic Alliance is attempting to acquire and utilize a super weapon known as the World Razer. Such rumors are false in fact, but the coalition of disgruntled worlds disagrees.

The rebellion will most likely begin next week after the posts on Belsavis reach 150. Here is a link to the actual thread:

Other Developments -
The mass information group GUIDE needs our help to expand their base of information. (think Star Wars Google). Reasons we should like this: 1. increased access to information enables an informed populace which is key to well-functioning democratic systems 2. It is very helpful for both new and experienced members OOCly.

We've reached 150 posts, however, I am going to be away for the weekend and my vacation begins next week. Additionally, the set up (while nearly finished), has one or two posts before I'm am 100% prepared.

So what would be a good official start date for this Rebellion?

CETO will be aiding GUIDE by donating unused factories on Kinooine left over from the former Moross Crusade as well, I believe [member="Judah Dashiell"] is planning to invest and with any luck bring a contingent of Ceto leadership NPCs to negotiate installation of Guide Relay Beacons in their sector.

GUIDE is willing to give Premiere Investor status to the first major faction investor to apply. I would be more than delighted for the GA to take that spot! I just need someone to act in an official capacity to represent GA for a sponsorship / investment thread.

Despite us having everything squared out and ready to start the thread as soon as Monday afternoon, do let us know if you folks would rather delay it by a few extra days / a week so that we don't overburden you with this added load. We can easily wait for you folks to complete the extra Dominion you have running, the development threads, or the affair with [member="Magdalena Lethe"] if you feel it would make life easier for your faction in the long run.

I apologize for the delay everyone! I unexpectedly had a job interview on Tuesday, and spent all of Monday preparing for it. Nailed it, and now I got a second one on Saturday!
