Welcome To Our Home....Please Pardon The Mess

Location: Kesh (Undisclosed Complex)
The bright sun filtered into the room of the Grand Lady. Since she could only 'see' through the Force the warmth of the sun felt refreshing to her. A new day was dawning for the Covenant of the Black Rose. Demonsgate - a nearby planet - was currently being brought under the gentle rule of the Black Rose. The Council was seeing to a smooth transition of the planet rather than a 'conqueror and bow to us mentality.' With most of the Council engaged in that activity it freed up the Grand Lady to conduct business of her own. Today she was meeting the leader of the Sith Assassins.

The Sith Assassin Order was pledged to serving the One Sith and their Dark Lord. When the message that had been encrypted had been broken - The Black Rose Council was wary of the proposed meeting. Recent events had split the One Sith and the Black Rose - a few of the sisters fleeing the Black Rose to stand with the One Sith. She couldn't blame them. Being labeled a traitor was a hard thing to live with. So why was the leader of the Sith Assassins coming to visit the capital of the Black Rose? Alone.

She spent the better part of the day preparing for his arrival. Food, drink, and entertainment had been set in motion. The Grand Lady had nothing to fear. She cheated death many times but unlike the Black Rose Council - she didn't suspect he was coming here to assassinate her. It would be foolish if he tried - but she suspected his reasoning for wanting to meet her rested on a different agenda.

"Mi'lady," one of her guardsmen said with a polite bow after entering the Grand Lady's sun room. "I bring news of your guests arrival. The fleet orbiting Kesh has cleared him to land." The Grand Lady placed a single hand on the girl's head. "Thank you. You are dismissed." The Grand Lady walked to the edge of the sun room 'looking' out onto the horizon. "Time to meet our esteemed guest," she said to the Sith Lady sitting in a chair - where she was twirling the bones in her hair.

(OOC: Sorry about the delay)

"Sire, we are approaching. A landing path has been set." Pilot, the name given to the Assassins pilot droid, spoke up over the intercom. Ferus sat near the exit ramp, having sat there since he had gotten onto the ship on Coruscant. Where he went was never watched, an advantage of his position, but he didn't take chances. It was a cargo transport, unnamed. Unmarked. No way to track it back to Ferus.

Once the ship landed however the man stood, and walked down the ramp. He expected guards, and that's what he was met with. He kept both hands behind his back. He was here to meet the Grand Lady, and he had every reason to be polite. He would be quiet, and he would be patient. The guard would show them to the woman.

Lord Ferus and herself had formed a friendship, destroying worlds and sending people into a vortex of no return. She was there when he needed to replace his broken body, a well thought out design to cheat both death and old age. They had fought side by side on Ord Mirit, where they slapped down over zealous Jedi who thought they were far more superior than Sith. They had met a confused character, one who wanted to be Sith one minute and the next unsure of himself; still she wondered why Ferus never killed the man when he had ample opportunities.
Then came the decree!
Inside the chamber where the Wills of the Sith gathered, she called them out; accusing them of weakness and attempts to siphon the Dark Lord's power. She spoke with truth, she spoke with passion, and she spoke like the only true Sith that day. The truth had cut through them, leaving them feeling weak and vulnerable; forcing them to react the only way they knew how. They labeled her a traitor. They labeled the Black Rose traitors. They even went as far as making a statement that any that stood with her would suffer the same fate as her; death.
And yet, with all their gusto; the winds had calmed.
The Queen of Madness, the ruler of air and darkness, rose from her seat; letting the last bone in her hair fall back into place. Ferus had arrived and the Grand Lady was eager to meet him. She was eager to see her old friend. She missed him, but like most that carried the name of One Sith on their backs; she walked with hatred in her heart. They turned on her, and one day she would stand over the broken body of their Dark Lord; smiling from ear to ear.
