It took some time, although less than one would think, but the supplies they'd collected to do so and the lab they needed to "reinvent" themselves was finished and it was time to begin. Time to create something unholy. In the JM-357 System around the planet JM-357-II, also known as Echoy'la on the fourteenth moon, the only hospitable location in the system, more like a hallowed out asteroid, two Sith began a project to gain new forms as immortal as their power. All a part of a Lord Dvasius plan for eternal life and power he'd sought out help from many beings across the Galaxy, but none were more important than his Sith scientist Mariah of House Marr Mariah of House Marr . She'd teach him secrets of the Force and work with him to learn immortality. Through the transfer of soul essence and the creation of new clone bodies, far more powerful, long lived, and in every way superior to human, to possess the Sith Lord, Master of Shadows, Dvasia ai Hadzuska would live forever to conquer and destroy the universe as it stood.

The one who had the most to gain and the most to offer to the cause of the end, whether she knew about the true plan or not, was Mariah. The most useful and getting him the farthest in his quest for immortality and ultimate power. He'd see what else power she knew to teach in time, but for now, the bodies. A holographic screen over a glass wall across parallel to a desk. The lab room was considerably dark, with only blue holographic computer screens and some lamps around and on the desk to light it up. There were blueprints, drawings spilled over the desk and plans for the creatures, the Tirimra Ntima, yet to be created.

The glass "wall" could be seen through with dim green-yellow light illuminating behind it. It revealed large, large enough to contain near-human like beings, tubes. Currently empty, but in a matter of time they would hold vessels for the immortal beings who created them to live in for the rest of, hopefully, forever, with backups to ensure a safe place for a soul to return should its current form be destroyed. Right into an identical twin of the last body. The DNA needed was collected, with the necessary machinery filling the room and reference images littering the desk. All was made ready. All that was left was for the two mad Sith to get to their work to end death, for themselves anyway.

In the form and name of Tezi. Mariah now worked with Lord Dvasius Lord Dvasius on new projects. Namely, the creation of a new race. One to empower them. She believed Dvasius held the project in far higher regard than she did, the creation of an entire species was definitely a challenge. And making one that could theoretically live forevor was even more so, but the bodies were still very mortal. And while their designs were creative, she had grander ideas of what a species could be. Her attempts in the past on killiks or other hiveminded species, or into studies of mechu deru, left her seeking something additional.

But the Tirimra Ntima that they worked on now were a stepping stone for either of them regardless. A physical form was temporary, even one like this, they were merely designed to grant them ease into greater goals. They were pathways, not endgames.

The process had certainly been exhaustive, details like this could not be glanced over. Compared to her expertise on the force or technology, she was at best an adept in this. But the force was included in this now, allowing her to make up for her failings in genetics and bio-tech, with her advancements in the force academics.

She smiled to herself, "I imagine the Rakata would be quite envious of this." she mused, "Long ago, they may have actually been the reason for a number of species. Or at least specific variations of them. And were some of the most inventive users of force sciences, their only real rivals being sith in the areas of biology. And maybe the celestials."

He'd barely walked through the door when she seemed to notice him immediately and start up scholarly conversation with the Sith Lord. The man walked across the room to where she was and stood behind, looking over her shoulder at what Mariah of House Marr Mariah of House Marr was working on. He was still painfully human. None of what he and the Sith scientist were looking at did Dvasius understand. All he understood was the information he'd wanted and given her in the "genetic blueprint" of what he wanted the new species to be. She'd told him what that required and he'd brought it all to this rock. Now he'd just watch and advise if needed on his little pet project. Hopefully there was some of this "Tezi" could make him understand and maybe he wouldn't always need her for such projects, not that she wasn't good company, but a Sith must be self reliant.

She smiled to herself, "I imagine the Rakata would be quite envious of this." she mused, "Long ago, they may have actually been the reason for a number of species. Or at least specific variations of them. And were some of the most inventive users of force sciences, their only real rivals being sith in the areas of biology."

Dvasius leaned casually against the desk for a conversation that interested him, "Aren't the Rakata the reason so many species look like humans? Because they are. They combined human DNA with other beings, seeing the Force seemed to consider us its favorite, trying to see if they could unlock some secret to save themselves and return their Force sensitivity. Guess the ancient Sith were almost right for being so humancentric. I used to agree, but these forms aren't... enough anymore. Too weak. I'm surprised the Force didn't abandon us and leave us to die like them, the Sith and humanity. Since we're so 'Evil'. I am pretty evil though. Heheh."

At this point he'd gotten bored of watching and sat down in rolling chair behind them. He was pushing and spinning himself around. So evil... and so childish. Weird duality.

"And maybe the celestials."

"Aren't they dead? Killed by Anakin Skywalker... when that was still his name. Some 'gods'. Gods don't die... Or they shouldn't. Not really worthy of that title if you can die, are you? They. Soon we both won't. You already can't, I don't think. Soon it'll be both of us. We should have the goal to become gods anyway. The Sith used to be. That used to be its meaning to many."

He knew so much, yet acted so dumb. That was the game, wasn't it. Never show your hand. Never stay the same either. Be unpredictable to be invincible. That's what many thought anyway and as a spymaster Lord Dvasius, "Master of Shadows", thought that too.

These bodies should help with that. Have more advantages and they wouldn't be the last they'd take either. There would be more, there would be better. Ever better. There was an eternity yet to make it so. The beings they would become had perfect sight in any spectrum, like he didn't, not naturally anyway, fangs should they need further weapons than their hands, their feet, the Force (or what was on their wrists). They could blend in with almost any near human species, changing their colors of their eyes, hair and skin to whatever they wanted at will, at any time and more. It was a lot, but the beings would be far superior to humans and far more long-lived. Forever if not killed. There was no possibility of dying of old age or natural causes.

Even if death was made possible with the training Mariah was giving him, the things she could teach, it would never be permanent. Already godhood to some, but it wouldn't be enough. Not until a Sith was the most powerful being in the Galaxy, then the only. Soon. "Soon."

Along the way there were still other obstacles to the path that needed to be removed. Even Dvasius if he were to become the Dark Lord and a god, wasn't sure he could do it all. If only there were two of him it might become possible... Everything might become possible.

"That's the theory at least. One of them. I believe there's some possibility the celestials had a hand in it as well, further back. But the rakata may be the primary cause for what remains. As for the force abandoning us, that does seem to be more unique to the rakata, and maybe the Vong if the legends are accurate. Humans are prone to higher extremes, but our standard levels are...mundane. The purebloods are probably a more reliable source, and the darkness runs to their core historically. Yet, they too produce some of the most powerful."

She answered, chuckling at his antics as she leaned against one of the tables. She shrugged at his next question, "He killed the 'Ones' according to the Killiks, the ones are, and I'm hopefully quoting this correctly, 'what the celestials became'. Whether that means they are anything like the celestials or not, I don't know. But if the celestials do exist, they're not doing much worth caring about." Tezi hummed to herself looking skyward, "Worshipped as gods perhaps. Some of them were nearly immortal. But most of the time even their greatest were little better than what Jedi could reach if they tried. Some lasted but they were also confined to place or an object. And usually beaten by people still far from their own prime. Valkorion was probably the closest, he was able to spread himself the furthest. Yet even he fell prey to the same methods in the end, just on a grander scale."

Tezi shook her head, getting to rechecking over the details she'd already guaranteed many times. There was no point wasting all her efforts on something that may churn out useless bodies the first batch. "It is funny though, these creations are an advancement by far on something I relied upon. But they are innately gifted, not from without. Yet by now, for me they're mostly going to be a convenience. A good step, but just a step."

"I didn't know that was the reason the Yuuzhan Vong were like that. I thought they just hated the Force like the Mandalorians, as a culture thing. What a stupid culture, based off compensating for not being gifted. So sad. Just, 'The Force is so stupid! Let's make all our weapons technology resemble it as much as possible'. I thought the purebloods were dead, but I served with a half-human hybrid Sith once. He was cool. I saved his life after his captain saved his life. Haha! I shouldn't talk though. Mine saved my life once too, though he's not a captain anymore. You can probably imagine why."

Dvasius pushed his chair back and leaned against the part of the U-shaped desk that was behind Mariah of House Marr Mariah of House Marr and watched himself spin a kunai knife around his finger through the ring. He stopped the knife spinning for a minute as he spoke and looked at her or more the back of her head. "You're really into the Killiks, aren't you? You occupy multiple bodies at once, right?" The Sith Lord got up and walked over to her side of the desk. "Yep. Are you thinking about trying to implement that ability using these clones? I'd love to see if I could pull that off."

"But if the celestials do exist, they're not doing much worth caring about."

"Haha! Just spitting in 'gods' faces. Love that. That's the goal. The only gods are the Sith," "... and I AM the Sith." "It's time the Galaxy remembered."

"Worshipped as gods perhaps.

"As Yuthura Ban said, 'Temporary at best. We seek more'. She was talking about victory that proves your superiority, but still. It's about power. Always. Strange that a 'Sith' so weak was so wise. I would swear she was apprentice to Sorzus Syn, but no, also some weak 'Sith Lord'."

"It is funny though, these creations are an advancement by far on something I relied upon. But they are innately gifted, not from without. Yet by now, for me they're mostly going to be a convenience. A good step, but just a step."

"I'm glad you're so impressed with my idea that you're bringing to life." He smiled and gave a small laugh. "A step. It's all just a step until the Grand Plan is complete. Total control. All the weak subjugated or destroyed by all the strong. Only the strongest deserve the right to live." "And there can only be one." "Strength is proven through victory." "Until all the weak are dead and the strongest is decided is it over."

"Speaking of steps, I'm pretty sure it's gonna take a while for these things to grow, even with limited age acceleration. I'll need to finish learning how to move my spirit essence between forms in preparation. You offered to finish teaching, I think. I'd also like to see what else you know. Anything more combat related. I heard Exar Kun could fire a beam of energy from his hands. You don't happen to know how to do that, do you?"

"History is full of mysteries isn't it. And yes, the Vong as a species were just lost to it, in a way. The mandalorians have no excuse but their own stupidity. They're comprised of every species, yet almost always fail to produce anything resembling a force culture." she rolled her eyes visibly at their ineptitude.

"No not for this, while I had attempted to go down that process for some time, and am still considering it for alternatives, it's simply not worth the effort here. I already inhabit multiple forms just as you say. It's more practical to use that as a tool system at this point. If I really needed it, I could probably just become a killik hive myself." Tezi grinned at the thought, making a clicking noise with her throat and tongue reminiscent of their language.

She hummed then,
"Do gods really need people to know they're gods? They do what they want all the same. If worship is what you seek, you can take that from people even now I would think. The celestials time, whatever godlike beings they may have been, is gone. The new gods can follow whatever way they want."

A dark chuckle left her, "And you, are you really strong yet? Am I? Not that anyone can do anything about that anymore. But I guess you could say that is already me being strong." She didn't really expect him to live that long to see his own goals out. What little gifts she was giving him had been held by hundreds before, she doubted he would be the one to finish it all. But by the time he got anywhere near there, perhaps this corporal world wouldn't even matter to her anymore. Perhaps she could have become more. Or perhaps, she'd simply be beyond him. Such fanciful thoughts, but she had an eternity now to think them.

" A beam?"
she repeated, "I can't say for sure. Perhaps you could be more specific? I do know of an ability aptly called 'Force Destruction'. It is not one I would waste the energy on myself, not typically anyway. But if you ever felt you needed something between a grenade and a bomb, it would likely do the job. I do generally prioritize less direct methods, battle meditation, illussions, conjuring of dark creatures, mechu deru, and so on. If I must fight in person, sometimes the simplest routes are the best. Ballistikinesis for example is morely a more advnaced application of standard telekinesis or inertia for example."
