Zet currently owns two of those weapons, part of his 'Reav kit'. Gear he retrieved from the destroyed camp before leaving. There might be several other Westar's out there but this style of customization was unique to his clan. Well, now they are dead and Zet cares for these weapons and wields them with pride, as a memento and as work tools.
He can wield, dismantle and clean them well, but he's not a weaponsmith. They are somewhat simple weapons but if they break down he'll be unable to craft another just like them on his own, since the clan's crafters all died.
