Dagobah

Karen Roberts opened the hatch to her X-Wing and poked her head out into the fog. A dark gray murky fog in a dank sweaty swamp. Ugh. She growled through her helm,

"Well. So much for enjoying the scenery. Bleh."

She hoped out and grabbed her gear. Fastening her shield unit to her belt and slinging her M7 disruptor over her shoulder. Doing her best to ignore the squishy sinking feeling of the ground underneath her feet. She was garbed in a black deep space flight-suit and an EVA pilot's helm. So stylish. So muddy. Ugh.

Twenty five thousand credits. Plus a speeder. That was the infamous bounty on the 'Hermit of Dagobah'. A paltry sum that almost certainly didn't interest Karen Roberts at all. No. She was interested in finding out just who this person was that was crazy enough to enjoy living in a swamp. And... To see if she was Vima Ka'jatt. A Mandalorian warrior who was rumored to have died on this swamp world. Clad in her full ruby beskar full-plate. A suit of armor worth well over 125,000 credits. Now that... Was something Karen was interested in.

But. Only way to find out...

...

Karen stomped through the swamp looking for [member="Kiara"] .

Welcome to Dagobah. Today the weather is looking swampy.
Kiara smirked at her own joke as a small pair of wires found themselves connected and taped together, before they were carefully attached back into the port that held them in a giant mess of organized chaos, allowing them to travel every which way in the body, where they were needed. Like a line of nerves, and their ports. Kiara peeled herself away from her work to look at the pads, connecting every visual of the cameras onto them. Oh. A visitor. She didn't bother to inspect it.
Kiara had seen a recent number of these visitors. Some friendly, some not, some smart, some dumb. Some red, some blue. No matter the case, they all left within a day. Except those special bunches. They stayed for a good month before they decided they had their fill. She continued her work quietly.
The hut was easier to find than it was earlier, several months back. Human footprints made their mark in the soft soil, and the bushes and trees that once held her home hidden, were rustled about and opened for an easier walk way. Someone had to fix that soon. The image of the hut wasn't very appealing to the eyes either. It held together a stick and mud formation, with a weak wooden door just barely grasping at the image of several mechanical items behind it. The hermit was becoming lazy in her hiding. It wasn't all too fond of her regular nature.

Luckily for Karen. The Force did most of the work.

"Hello hello!? Anybody home?"

Karen whistled sweetly. Smirking under her mask. Indeed, she already stood outside the door with her disruptor rifle in her hands. Helmed, poised, and already bored to tears. Gods how she hated this swamp. Bleh.

It took but half a minute for Kiara to slowly put away some of the items she was working with, gather her staff, and steadily make her way to the door. There she swung it open with a bored look in her eyes, then grunted and swung it to close again, instantly heading back to the dirt table that she used as a workbench.
Visitors.

Five foot nothing, gimpy, and non-confrontational. Welp. This was most certainly not, Vima Ka'jatt. Blast.

"Yo! I'm looking for a woman named Vima Ka'jatt. Of the Mandalorian Clans. ...You know her?"

Karen frowned but remained standing where she was. This hermit was obviously going to be useless.

"So uhh... Grunt once for yes. And two, for no."

Bleh... Hermits. Gross.

"No," The croaky voice sounded from inside the weakly built hut. Kiara began to force metal pieces inside of each other, slowly building up to a larger project. It was just taking time and work, as most good things in life took.
"Go away."

"I didn't hear any grunting!"

Karen smiled as she tried to sound remarkably offended.

"Okay... Bye."

The pilot shrugged her shoulders. I guess that was that, then. Mm. Anyway, she turned to trudge off back to her ship. Boots muddy, eyes peeled, and gun always at the ready for surpise attacks from little Sith Lordlings. Almost glad to be done with this place too. I mean. She could scan for electronic signals from orbit again. Signs of modern civilization that didn't blend in with the other lifesign readings. Yeah. Had to be another settlement down here somewhere right? Right?

"Ugh. I hope not. This place sucks mad donkey balls."

Roberts grimaced at the soft ground as she trudged past the treeline.
