Inside the ship Kuzon sat in a seat, eyes closed in meditated silence for the past hour. Only the beeping of machinery and clicks filled his ears. Yet the young Jedi's mind remains centered on the force. It was necessary considering where he was going and with whom. Masters Kahil and Valery Noble, the Shield and Sword of the Jedi and they were heading for Yavin Four.

The young padawan was excited for the destination and anxious about being in the company of such a legendary couple. He was grateful for being trained in meditation to help calm his nerves and slowly clear the mind. Kuzon wondered why he was picked to go on this expedition.

I'm neither one's apprentice nor have done anything of note.

It was puzzling to say the least but he was grateful for the opportunity to go out into the galaxy and serve their order somehow. His mind turned to the moon of Yavin Four. So much history happened there and not just the battle against the first Death Star. Such as Luke Skywalker's Jedi Academy being based there until its destruction during the Yuuzhan Vong War. Now centuries later they were going there.

Even in mediation he grimaces, reminded that the Sith once held strong over the moon and as proven time and again their taint is not easily removed.

Thank the force I'm not going alone. Who knows what’s down there.

Then the vessel came out of hyperspace and Kuzon opened his eyes at last. Behind the cockpit he lifted his head slightly, seeing the orange surface of Yavin Prime. Moments later the jungle moon came into view and the student paused as if in trance. It is one thing to see Yavin Four in holograms or read from texts but to actually see it. In that moment Kuzon exclaimed.

"Wow…"

"This should be interesting," Valery said to break the silence a little, but it was mostly directed at her husband. She didn't want to disturb the Padawan while he meditated, knowing they were heading to a place with quite the history. "Of all the ancient planets with Sith history, this is probably the one I never visited before," Valery chuckled at the thought.

She had been to Dromund Kaas, Korriban, and many more in the last few years, but never once to Yavin IV, which also had its Jedi history. Today, she'd finally get a chance to explore it a bit better.

Soon after, the ship dropped from Hyperspace, and the famous moon appeared in front of them. Somehow, she could still feel some of that dark side taint, but there was light to it as well. Whatever it was they'd find down there, she could already tell that it would be quite interesting.

"Can you take us down close to the old Temple?" Valery then asked her husband with a loving smile.

"Padawan Lu'ten? Are you ready as well?"
