What is with all the pink?

Hakora moved slowly across the temple grounds. It seemed with his return memories that he could not separate himself from his past was beginning to become evident. To say he was not enjoying his lot in life was an understatement. He had spent his life training and training yet he never was able to fight using his training. It was parties, talking and people twirling their thumbs instead of acting, but there was not much Hakora could do to change that. He needed something to do to distract his time and make use of his training.

A newcomer, for the first time, was swept away by the marvels of someplace new. Someplace massive and beautiful. The only thing missing was...

"It needs more pink..." Genevieve sighed.

Arms crossed, she observed the temple. Even if it wasn't pink, it was still massive and marvelous. The pink haired teen's lightsaber swung on her belt, barely over the size of her skirt - which was, you guessed it, pink. Her white leggings and boots, her pink shirt, all screamed that she has a sense of glammet. Everything she wore though were rags, obviously put together in nowhere near the quality a rich life called for. Genevieve was poor, a beggar scrapping off the streets. A girl could dream though, as her attempt at looking charming suggested. Then, she was noticed by a Force Sensitive individual and brought here.

Genevieve still wondered why. She was here to train, yes. To wield a lightsaber and fight using the power she somehow possessed. And she knew the cause was for the greater good. She lived long enough to see cruelty and crime, and the child believed that now she finally had the chance to make a difference.

But why her?

Hakora began to reminisce on his time before the Order of the Grey which was when he had no memories of his parents and their death, no memories of his sisters or brother, all that existed was Hakora Shin and Master Shin. It was there Hakora learned of his natural affinity for Vaapad which he had now grown to be quite an expert on the form. He would refer to himself as a master of Vaapad, but in all his years he had found no one who used Vaapad to test if he was better. The reason he was recalling it was because of the day he learned about the form. It was shortly after Hakora's parents were killed and memories lost. He was feeling lost and confused and his life made no sense; he felt useless and lost in this world. It was Master Shin who looked past Hakora's self pity and taught him how to fight to never be worthless again.

Hakora kept moving until a bright light hit his eyes making him go temporality blind. When his vision returned he saw the light was a younger girl dressed in bright pink. Hakora looked at her in confusion, "what are you wearing?"

Genevieve turned in shock at the new appearance, then smiled, "A bunch of rags, trying to look like a princess. What does it look like?" The girl chuckled, she certainly wanted to look pretty, but she wasn't a liar about herself or her possessions either. She crossed her arms and observed the young man, "Who are you, by the way? How long have you been here?"

"Rags huh?" Hakora looked her over and saw that her clothing was handmade and trying to seem higher then her class. He also noticed that her skirt was very short which if she was older Hakora would like it, but if he was his daughter he would send her back to her room. Alas, she was neither so Hakora ignored it. "If you want to be a princess then it is more about what is in your heart, not on your body. Now do you mean how long have I been standing here or how long in general. I just walked up and I have been here since the beginning.

[member="Hakora Feanor"] "In general I mean." Genevieve smiled, arms still crossed. "I'm Genevieve by the way. Just got here!" And I have no idea what I'm doing... Some of her frustration shone in her eyes, but for the most part she appeared to be friendly but snarky. She lowered her arms, covered in pink leather gauntlets, and placed one hand casually over her lightsaber. "Come to think of it..." she mumbled as she reached out through the Force... she could feel something. "Are you Force Sensitive??"

Hakora held up a hand and through the Force his lightsaber left his belt and snapped to his hand. "Yes, I am and I would take her hand away from your lightsaber. You have no threat with me, but if you try to attack me I will defend." Hakora openned his hand and let the lightsaber fall only to be caught moments later by the force and over in front of him. Hakora dropped his hand, but the lightsaber stayed up ready to ignite if needed.
