All Knights and Masters who are looking for apprentices are urged to post their advert there using the correct format, which you will find pinned. If you're a Padawan, you may browse the list of characters found there to find one you think would be a good fit for your character. You can even ask them questions simply by posting in their advert, like any normal character bio.
It should be mentioned that it is not a requirement for any Knight or Master to post an advert. If you can find a padawan on your own through conventional means, that's great! This is just a way for padawans to easily see who are available to teach them, as well as get a general grasp of the character who would be teaching them.
