When The Wolf Comes.......

Lao stood there in his Mandalorian armour on the world of Mandalore, specifically one for his clan Akaata. He waited for his new recruit. Ebos. Some kid. Lao stood there facing the walk way, with his back to his ship The Last Ronin, just a YT-1300 ship. Lao had some small modifications to it but nothing much really. Lao was holding his helmet, letting his long black curly hair wave in the breeze. His armour had the orange and his clan Insignia.

Lao knew he was probably too old for this, but knew that his clan needed new blood even if he would catch some poodoo from that Pirate King turned War Master. His thoughts quickly changed over to his own children. He wondered where they were now. Especially the twins. A few in the Galaxy knew he had children. He wanted to keep it that. Best way to keep them shield from retaliation or influence from others.

Lao only hoped that this one could fly. It would be his first test. Pass and they were good, and fail.......well poodoo. Standing there he did reach out with Force. If only to sense this surroundings better. He knew that he could get in trouble for using Force Powers on Mandalore, but he hoped to get away with it, just once. No all rules were meant to be enforced at all times.

Ebos arrived, his helmet held formally under his arm. He dipped his head respectfully, but was clearly some what suspicious of the new comer. He came dressed for a fight, two guns clearly visible on his body, as well as some grenades. He placed his helmet down, his hand idly dangling down besides his holster. "Ebos, and you are?" He narrowed his eyes, looking for any movement that looked agressive. "I hope you have permission to be here, otherwise I will be forced to ask you to leave, or I shall shoot you." He said the last bit extremely blandly, clearly showing he was serious.

"If you plan on killing someone. Don't tell them prior. Seems as though it is allowed. I hope you can fly. If not this will be a short first day."

Lao smirked at the young one, Lao had his armor but he wasn't weapon less. After he spoke he turned and started for his ship's ram and continued talked to Ebos, saying....

"We are going to Commenor. I've got a meeting with someone. You will be flying us there and your first lesson is simple. Observe and my suggestion would be to observe everything but that's me."

Lao continued to the ram, walking at his usually moderately fast and expect the young one to keep up. His expectations were high. That was only way to survive in a Galaxy these days. They weren't farmers.

Ebos easily kept up, pulling his helmet over his head. "I haven't been to Commenor before." He moved his hand away from his holster, glancing up towards [member="Lao Tzu"]. "I take it you're testing me or something?" He walked towards the ship, any suspicion he was showing towards the older Mandalorian was beginning to fade. "Forgot to introduce myself, I'm Ebos. Who are you?" He walked up the ships ramp, straight towards the cockpit. "Never drove one of these before, you'll have to instruct me."

"Depends on what you mean by 'test'. Life is a test. I am Lao Tzu, of the Akaata clan. Nice to meet you."

They walked in silence to the cockpit. Once they arrived Lao responded to the young one's question in his usual tone.

"Let's first go through what you know about how to take off with a starship. Most have something similar. So please continue and walk me through what I should, if I was your co pilot."

Lao then leaned back in the co pilot seat see what would happen. He wanted to see what this one would and could do. To a degree he knew he was throwing him the metaphorical wolves but life was like that. Being thrown out and being expected to fly, but Lao wouldn't allow him to fall, too hard.
