Where can I find tags for my signature?

I see people all the time with Tags in their signature and I want to know where I can find them ~

Typically they'll be created by other members free for others to use. Check the artsy part of the forum or sometimes major factions will have threads dedicated to posting them.
Good to see some Separatist droids around by the way. Best thing about the prequel films.
