That depends entirely on which questions you'd like to ask!
The Factory and Codex have their own question and answer forums. Questions related to IC topics are normally asked in Roleplay discussion. Non-IC Star Wars questions tend to be more discussion-esque, and litter the appropriately-named Star Wars forum. Questions about bugs and errors go in Site Feedback.
For general questions that don't really have a topic, or for any question at all, this is as good a place as any! And don't forget that you can always PM a staffer to ask your questions. At the bottom right of the main page, whichever staffers are online will be shown clear as day.
