Faction Where Honor Meets

The Hall of Honor was busy today. While a majority of the Bastion of Steel was finally finished and livable, the Hall of Honor itself was taking longer than expected to finish. Still, while the first few floors were being completed, the Hall of Honor itself had been completed. The tile was freshly polished, the pillars lining both sides of the chamber held banners on their side, depicting either the Mandalorian Union, Mand'alor, or Mandalorian Supercommandos. Statues within alcoves along the walls showed various Mandalorian heroes of old, among them many Mand'alor that had fought and died in honor for Manda'yaim. The statue of Mand'alor the Infernal and Mand'alor the Undying were the two closest to the podium at the far end of the Hall of Honor.

A long carpet led from the entrance of the Hall of Honor to the podium, with a single chair set on it. Unlike the rest of the room, the chair was a simple wooden design, charred and cracked from years of use. It had been found among the ruins of Sundari, and brought to the Bastion of Steel to be used, by Kreslin's own orders. He ran his hand along its surface idly now, imagining the history the simple piece of furniture had seen. Sighing, Kreslin turned his head away, and looked out at the hall. Tables had been set up both sides of the room, running halfway down its length. There was no grand feast on the tables. There was no endless supply of alcohol just waiting to be brought out for those slowly filtering into the room to enjoy. Instead, simple food had been laid out, with a single cup placed and filled with Mandalorian ale. Every warrior entering the Hall of Honor would have a single cup.

Today, the Mandalorian Supercommandos would be officially founded. They had fought several engagements already, proving their worth in the defense of the Union, and the preservation of the ideals their people stood for. They had proven their dedication to the Codes of Honor, and shown their loyalty to the Resol'nare. Today, they would be celebrated for their service, and the Supercommandos would step forward, officially, into their place within the Mandalorian Union.

"It is time to start soon..."

The hall was amazing, standing outside of it star had to stare in awe, standing next to Delilah Brujav as she turned to her and spoke

remember your lessons and the code, where we are about to enter is a great honor for someone especially of your standing, but I promise after you leave you'll have a new found pride

She knew there was risks involved, if they find out about her stardust could be in danger herself, at the same time however she was confident in delilah and offered a small smile before she took her helmet and placed it feeling the lekku armor lock in place as she looked forward and started into the building

let's go, we dont want to keep mand'alore the reclainer waiting

She said in a stern voice, walking through the doors and into the hall as she saw the tables set up with simple food and a cup each, good she figured such a thing would be rather serious, nodding to Kreslin Westwind Kreslin Westwind she moved to a set of chairs

Delilah had never been on Mandalore. In fact, she had never seen it before. When the Sith invaded the world, she had been preoccupied with dealing with drug smugglers at the edge of Sith territory, an unfortunate scenario truth be told, but it was promptly for the best; a few days of glory would more than likely have stopped her from being received by their Mand'alor.

Her first challenge of course, was fiddling with the armor that Star had bestowed upon her. It didn't quite fit her, nor was she accustomed to wearing armor with such weight linked to it. It was a bit cumbersome in her eyes, but then again, it probably worked well for Star. Delilah had met with important persons before, but this was....well, it was a tad more important this time around. "I'm up to date on codes, and I know my standing, Madame Soulus. I'll just follow your lead." It was a simple strategy, but one she felt was best suited for an encounter like this. Taking a look down into the helmet, she turned to Star, only to see the woman smiling at her. Color swept over Delilah's cheeks, as she made an effort to conceal it. Sliding her helmet over her head she felt safe from Star teasing her. How it soon became immediately clear to Delilah that the helmet didn't fit her either. There was just a tad too much room in the helmet for her, but thankfully the locking mechanism would hide that fact. The faintest of sighs came from the helmet, though she followed Star into the hall all the same.

Glancing to the massive statues of past Mand'alor's, Delilah couldn't help but be reminded of Sith monuments on Dromund Kaas. Though, these figures struck more of a sense of awe into her, rather than dread like their Sith counterparts had. Still, it got the former Captain thinking, a brief distraction from the growing stress that this meeting would bring. She quickly assumed the man seated on the podium to be the Mand'alor, and followed suit with a nod, as she and Star quickly took a set of chairs. It was then that Delilah felt she had to disclose something to her companion
"If I maybe be honest Madame Solus, I expected there to be more weapons."

Supercommandos, some of the best warriors and most honorable of Mandalorians the Union had to offer. Adenn also remembered the Supercommandos that had been before, with greats such as Strider Garon numbering amongst them. Now though, a new age had come for this esteemed group, and Adenn had been offered to join them. Able to remain as Alor of Clan Mortui and join the Supercommandos, Adenn had accepted. Several battles later and this meeting had been called, the official founding of the new Supercommandos.

With Adenn were a handful of his closest and best warriors, a handful of those who had joined the Supercommandos as well. They were each Beskad Elites, but all came in their regular beskar'gam. Their super heavy armor would have been too out of place in this setting. Regardless of that, they had arrived well on time and made their way into the hall. Staying relatively close to one another, they had taken their places near the end of one table, close to Kreslin. Nodding in greeting to Kreslin, Adenn allowed his gaze to fall across the hall, taking everything in.

Adenn was looking for those he recognized and examining the hall itself. All in all, it was rather impressive. This Bastion of Steel was a fortress, something Adenn could appreciate. Hopefully it would never have to be used, the same as the future of Sundari. However, if a fight had to happen, Adenn was happy that there were so many skilled Mandalorians ready to fight and die for Mandalore.
