2. One Sith
3. Sith Triumvirate
4. Zenithian Imperium

Which of these factions will be recalled first?

Before I send one of the Sith factions to doom , I'd like to know what's a recall?

Recalls don't immediately bring a Major down to a Minor. They let Majors be targeted for rebellions and such, and as such start to lose territory pretty quickly.
