[PERSONNEL SUMMARY]
What little is known about the Praetorian Guard known as "Whisperer" Is that she is a junior when compared to her more experienced peers and most often seen in the presence of influential First Order Government officials, industrialists and bureaucrats; where it is believed the Praetorian Guard both protects and spies upon their charges to ensure they are not taking a course which would conflict with the Supreme Leader's Will, quietly an omnipresent reminder that the Supreme Leader is watching. We believe some of this surveillance is covert and that Whisperer has at some point been trained as both saboteur and spy possibly able to adopt assumed identities using facial reconstruction technology where they integrate into organizations hostile to the First Order. Whisperer is known to have at least basic pilot skills where they have been documented piloting a TIE/vn craft. Whisperer is suspected to possess fluency or at least understands in a wide variety of languages although thus far fluency in Basic and Mando'a has been documented.
[FORCE SUMMARY]
No records exist that are available to the FOSB in order to make an assessment of Whisperer's midi-chlorian count or other affinities with the mystical energy known as the "Force" though given their duties which presumably lead to regular contact with the Supreme Leader's Religious police we believe it unlikely that Whisperer possesses zero aptitudes or training in the "Force" Though no evidence has been documented to the contrary leaving this subject open for further investigation in the future.

- Praetorian Guard - Whisperer is acquainted with at least a majority of the Praetorian Guard; representing its' small albeit elite status.
- Sieger Ren - As a member of the Praetorian Guard Whisperer's training and duty revolves around directly serving the interests of Sieger Ren and safeguarding his person from any threats regardless of nature or origin.
Whisperer is uncharacteristically chatty for a Praetorian Guard and will answer questions when pressed or engage in conversation when assigned to VIP protection although it has been remarked that the Guard is somewhat reserved or cold though known to become warmer with time. When speaking Whisperer does so so softly hence earning their moniker, this outward gentleness coupled with a ceremonial focus belies her combat ability and ferociousness when engaged. It should be noted that when in the company of the Praetorian Guard, Supreme Leader or his Religious Police Whisperer is all but completely silent for reasons unclear to us, it is possible they utilize other means of communication. We also suspect that Whisperer is adept at least imitating social behaviors as they've been identified once while incognito and socializing while attending a party at Avalonia where we suspect they were monitoring FOCIE personnel.

[PERSONALITY]
Fiery, Ruthless, Merciless and Unyielding Whisperer's behavioral traits are ubiquitous and typical of the First Order with an incredible loyalty to the Order and Sieger Ren by extension the latter of which she views personally as a Dark Father figure of sorts whom she silently upholds as the ideal being in the universe; Dedicated, Strong and Unyielding. Whisperer hails from the Outer Rim and strongly dislikes the criminal, seedy underbelly of the Galaxy having been a victim of it in years passed before being rescued by the First Order and swiftly turned to its cause with a fiery passion finding her way into the Proud Praetorian Guard. Whisperer while merciless does have a very strong sense of justice and believes it has been denied to the universe by the soft, indolent and indecisive who allow the most insidious criminal organizations fester under their rule. Though on the other side of the coin Whisperer experiences a level of freedom when operating incognito that she without a doubt enjoys though justifies the First Order's of freedom as being necessary to prevent the fetid criminal underworld from taking a hold of society and the universe at large, for Whisperer the ends will justify the means. When clad in her Praetorian Armour whisperer uses a voice emulator to add another layer of security around her identity.

- Force Affinity: Whisperer possesses an affinity for the Force and can utilize a modest range of force powers with enough strength to challenge dedicated force wielders. Telepathy is a particular skil that Whisperer Possesses; capable of communicating with other Guards and Knights of Ren without so much as uttering a word.
- Disarmed Fighting: Whisperer possesses an impressive amount of upper body strength which is belied by her modest size and is trained in a wide variety of martial fighting schools with a style best represented by sweeping albeit precise strikes.
- Jack-of-all-trades: Whisperer has been provided a massive amount of flash-training to ensure they can fulfill a variety of roles convincingly when incognito albeit with varying levels of competency.
- Force Presence: Whisperer has a distinct presence in the force and though while she might change her face when disguised trained force sensitives will be able to easily recognize the Praetorian Guard when she is undercover.
- Lightsaber Combat: While Whisperer possesses extensive melee and disarmed fighting training she isn't schooled in lightsaber combat and this makes protracted fights against Lightsaber wielding opponents very difficult, putting the Praetorian at a distinct disadvantage.
- Goading: As a dark-side user Whisperer is very susceptible to the influence of Anger and their own pride which can be easily used to provoke them into conflicts or situations which are beyond their match. They're hard-headed and often take on threats which outmatch them.
