that's exciting news! Darth Caedes is the current reigning King of Korriban. He's been rebuilding the world after the Ashlan Crusaders (a warrior-like, Light Side faction) had won over and occupied the world for generations. It's current capital is a city called Vardin, where the King presides over his Court. It's a city of spires and ancient architecture (pictured below, as illustrated by
Zal Aditi
). Since the world's re-taking on behalf of the Sith, Caedes has brought in vast trade, coalition with other Outer Rim powers, revitalized culture, instituted a thriving Sith Academy, and re-cast the
Tsaiwinokka Hoyakut of Dathka Graush (c. 7,000 BBY). This is a very short thread I did to flesh out world building for Korriban, just a couple short posts, designed to tell someone all about the world from an outside perspective.
With regards to the world and its defenses. There is currently a massive fleet stationed outside the world, though it isn't set up necessarily as a blockade. It's likely that you'd have been spotted on your trek to Korriban, but waved through. A lot of recent threads have been working in conjunction with
Diarch Reign
and the Trade Federation (
Lodd Grimmin
) to secure fleeting power.
