Recently I've seen quite a few of very well done GIF based signatures. ​

I've talked to exactly two people who don't have much time at all to create them - so that leads me to wonder...​

Who is doing the GIF signatures for new characters within record time?​

I ask this because I have an idea for two that I'd like to work on, but haven't gotten anywhere with yet. ​
