Who needs a student

Haven't even decided on faction, dark or light, or even being a Warden of the sky. So what ever with this char. Im looking for a place to send him and need to know if there is anyone interested in having him as one. This will not operate on first dibs but rather on who would honestly best fit as his master. He is more closely associated with the darkside though so a Sith master is possible.
