It might not, as long as it doesn't stray too far from canon. If you intend to sub it that is -- otherwise you could just start using a fully canonical one.

I'd like some good armor that is resistant to slug/blasters and some to lightsaber as well.

I was thinking an armorweave base like the Ironskin that Jacen Cavil's alter ego subbed with songsteel or beskar plates in important places (head/neck, chest, spine, kidneys, going and joints with some as bracers as well for some Wonder Woman action.)

After the armor I'd like to do some kind of melee weapon like a mace or sword that can be sheathed in flames? I don't know if our type of magic can do that or if I need to resort to science and have it spit napalm when I want it to...

I believe [member="Perla Pirjo"] might be interested in doing a Beskar mining operation on Echoy'la. Perhaps you two could work together and share the loot, since you're describing what seems to be light armour with some Beskar reinforced plating that shouldn't be too difficult.

As for the weapon I'll think on it and see what I can figure out if you need ideas.

I can help Alchemize the sword. Or we can do a Force Imbued blade. Damien is versed near all metals, metalurgic alchemy, and Imbuing weaponry.

Would the Alchemization allow it to be 'flaming'?

Either way I would love to have an alchemized blade. When and where would you like to thread? Do you have the time to help me with it before the Invasion?

Yeah. We got time. And yes, I likely can get the blade to spit flames through alchemy, but it would do the same through Force Imbuement with less work. Your choice.

What other benefits would alchemization have over force imbuement?

It would allow absorption of Lightning. Basically that's the only upside. One is the Sith way to make metal durable, while the other is the Jedi way to make metal like a light saber. [member="Taryc Ap'Irae"]

I don't forsee going against a lot of lightning, so I would go with force imbuement if that's alright.

So I have this going on.

I'm really tempted just to let her accept it as is, but having shield penetrating powers seems like a really powerful strategic advantage for objective A.

But we only have four days, so if we were to do this, it would have to be REALLY FAST. But, we also don't want to suffer from piss poor quality.

So, should I go for the shield penetrating powers, or just have it accepted in time for the invasion?
