Who wants to kick some Cultists in the face?

So, ive been doing a story for a while on and off involving a group of cultists left over from the Moross Days and curious if the Covenant wants to be the one that has to deal with a break out of these bastards next. Planning to have them attack the political district of the city of Gyn on Kesh, said city is a custom creation and something i hope will be actively useful for both the planet and the Covenant considering the production and trade capabilities as well as the interactions that can happen between the people of the confederacy and kesh towards the covenant.
