Ryokan has been in exile in the marshes of Tython for over 20 years (beat that, Yoda). A shamed Jedi exile now in hiding from the Sith presence too, he is tough, quiet and somewhat eccentric.
His extended time on Tython has delivered him much wisdom. Perhaps somebody was to stumble upon him and a meeting of minds were to occur? Perhaps a Sith pilgrim open to other entities and trains of thought, maybe an adventurer who has managed to slip past the Tython fleet, one way or another, and has found themselves in the midst of this strange old man.
