Why do I have the Moderator Control Panel?

It shows up on some accounts, especially if you're an admin/mod for a faction. It's a bug that's been around for a while. It doesn't change anything (believe me, I have at least three accounts with it), so if you ignore it, it shouldn't change anything.

Faction admins have access to the tab, apart from a really useless screen if you click it, it's very useless. It's not the moderator control panel at all, don't worry.
