Wild One

[member="Leoria Beviin"]

Tysk stood in one fo he main facilities on Mandalore, with all that had been happening the need for the clan to be stronger and train the young ones to not go off killing things was needed. She questioned a few things but blind service and loyalty was never good, you needed to have a little doubt to color it and make sure you weren't just going off and blindly killing things in the name of falsehoods. Still as she stood there in the icy blue armor and walked seeing the sister they had she could extend plenty to them. They were trained since birth in a way of fighting as the Chai La Storefront here on the planet served a large purpose when they were working with the others. Tysk stood tall and ready with them while she was going through the workship they were making for the weapons to be used. They were working on forging new ones but also working on and building up the older ones with what they could show off.

The large Mandalorian City was packed to capacity. For whatever reason, it appeared that every individual from within the city limits, and a handful of those from outside of it, had chosen that morning for their shopping. Among the latter group was Leoria Beviin, who felt largely out of place, and more than a little claustrophobic, as she slowly moved down the street. She was hot, and annoyed, and something smelled a little off. Leo raked her fingers through her her mop of white hair, heaving a sigh that was hardly audible over the din. Her nose crinkled. The stench was getting worse.

With a few "excuse me's," and a couple of gently thrown elbows, the woman blazed a trail toward the nearest shopfront. It mattered very little what was sold there; if there was shade, and a noticeable drop in the noise level, Leo would be more than satisfied. Much to her delight, she found that both were true as she eased herself through the door. Even despite the sounds of the workshop, the chatter of shoppers was removed, and that was a relief to the her. In fact, as she gave the interior a once-over, she determined that she was the lone shopper. And that suited her fine.

Without a word, the girl sauntered over to a display. Out of instinct, she thrust her hands deep into the pockets of her gray vest. The weapons were so foreign that her immediate fear was somehow breaking them.

Tysk noticed when the door opened and the mandalorian amazon stood tall, one of the traits of the Willamina clan was aside froma few runts most were over six feet tall with mucles from living on Dxun. Compared to most who stayed here or on Concordia where they learned in safe conditions she bore some scars but mostly was covered with a thick head of dark red curls in her hair. Pulled back in a tight ponytail when she walked around. The cloak and jakobeast fur of her armor baring the clans symbols before she clipped the helmet to her belt letting it dangle with the golden t-visor and ridges for headbutting and digging it into peoples faces. She let the racks of the different weapons that Chai La makes along with some of the displays for the different armor they had conceived and constructed be shown. With holorecordings in actions from the inbuilt flgiht systems without a need for a jet pack on hers to the self repairing tankk armor of her little big sister.

It was the presence she noted first, the strange sensation of someone moving up behind her. Expecting another customer to have followed her inside, Leoria was still distracted by a flashy weapon as she turned to face the newcomer. The moment she focused on woman, however, she had her undivided attention. "Oh," the blonde breathed before she could catch herself. She was tall, even taller than Leo herself; rarely did anyone tower over the girl. Her head was aflame with a mop of tight corkscrew curls, the color as vibrant as the eyes that watched her expectantly.

But her armor, a cool blue that sizzled against the fiery reds of her hair and eyes, was what intrigued Leoria the most. It took on an almost regal look when paired with the cloak and furs. She looked like some sort of superhero, Leo would reflect later. But for the moment, her mind was blank.

"Hello," she finally managed. Realizing she was staring, Leoria added, "I don't need anything. I'm just, uh, looking."

She looked down at the girl and offered a bow of her head. "Hello." A moment or two and as she was looking with a small look at the stuff. "Just tell me if there is anything you like. We have a testing area in the back that you can use." She said it while going and preparing herself in the one area checking over some of the components they had been working on. Small tinkering with the chamber and splitters to provide more of the blasters her clan used with some special pieces. Stronger shots that use the power cells and the splitter to let it become more like several shots of energy in a very focused area letting it cause more damage and impact with more force. A small look was on her face while she paid attention to the girl the same way you would someone in a room to find them quickly. Out the corner of your eye without watching them.

"A testing area?" she echoed. If her voice did not betray her excitement, her eyes did; they shone like emeralds as she gazed back at the shopkeep. The woman, on the other hand, had already taken her leave of Leoria, pacing back to a nearby work station. Curiosity plagued her, but the blonde willed herself to remain calm. You're behaving like a child, she scolded herself silently. It did little to calm her. Leo had experienced similar tremors of wonder when working with a new piece of technology, but these were weapons. These were entirely foreign to her. And perhaps that was why they enchanted her.

So though she had behaved like a child, she was more like a lost puppy as she scooted closer to the powerful blue-bathed woman. Leo's enthusiasm had blocked her from noticing the shopkeeper's gaze, but in that moment, she recognized that she was being watched. With a sheepish smile, and a small shrug, the girl spoke. "You mentioned a testing area. Would I be able to try something out?"

Tysk looked at the girl and she almost seemed to be vibrating while they were going over some of the things. "And what would you like to test?" Tysk sat there leaning back while the racks of weapons were there for everything that was on display from Chai La Armory itself. "We have a nice selection of weapons the mandalorians can use." She stood up finally opening one of the areas to provide a section in the back that opened to the larger area of testing and equipment they had. More sisters that were working on many of the things before she gave a nod of her head. "So what kind of gear did you have in mind young one?" She smiled more holding some of the equipment they had as sections of weapons were on display for further modifications.

The young woman's eyes widened, both shock and enthusiasm swirling within them. "Wow." The word came on a breath, low and heavy. The last thing that she had expected was for this warrior woman to simply offer her her pick. It is a store, her more sensible side mused. This is a business, and testing weapons is a key component. But the voice, despite all its logic, was drowned out by pure, childish glee. Her attention dancing lightly across the options that rest before her, ranging from pieces and parts to full weapons. The sleek figure of an ornate dagger caught and held her gaze for the longest time. "That is beautiful," Leo hummed, referring to the Omnibreaker. "I really like that a lot." It was only then that she allowed traces of her more logical side to creep through. "But I'm not much for close combat, I suppose. I would probably be better off trying a standard combat rifle, or something." She also quite liked the sound it made, and the power it packed, but that could go without being shared.

A standard combat rifle... hahaha she was looking at the girl with a wider grin on her face. Chai La's standard combat rifle was well anything but compared to the others and had far more to it then the others were able to work with many of the things. The horak rifle had several fire modes, used different ammo and was lightweight compared to many of the things that they would be able to work with. "Our standard combat rifle is the Horak multipurpose rifle. Several modes of fire and variable ammo for different situations. Usable with our new scopes, power cells and equipment." She had a grin on her face before she was looking over some some of the things with a bow holding up the large rifle. "We also have jackel slugthrower pistols that can be used."
