The Vahla are tied together with darkness in an unbreakable bond. Much like the rest of her species Willow possesses an affinity to the more chaotic side force. The blessing she recieved from the goddess Vahl should have encouraged her superiors to nurture the dark power within, but their troubles prevented it. So, while the true depths of her powers have yet to be explored, Willow finds that what she does know comes incredibly easily. Just like breathing.

Vahla possess great flexibility thanks to a cartilaginous skeleton. This ability is primarily beneficial in combat situations allowing Willow greater maneuverability on the battlefield. However, for most of her life Willow has used this ability to make ends meet in her cult through illegal means, be it petty theft or breaking and entering. She is easily able to manipulate her body to fit into small or unusually shaped places, or squeeze through the tightest of gaps.

Having to make a living through theft meant that Willow got more opportunity than most of her species to train her natural acuity. Having to rely on this ability to pull off some of her more daring feats of theft, Willow is able to read a room from the other side of a wall. In a crowd, she is exceedingly adept at picking out targets and remembering the smallest details about them for later use.

Valha are a nomadic species, prefering to stick to those of their own kind and remain as sheltered as possible. This leaves their immune systems weak to any illnesses, common or foreign. Willow is also highly susceptible to alcohol, narcotics, and poisons. They have a quicker than average effect on her body.

The very same skeleton that makes the Vahla so flexible is also the skeleton that gives them their biggest weakness. Because of its cartilaginous nature it takes less pressure to break Willow’s bones. She also struggles carrying any exceedingly heavy weights and runs the risk of snapping her extremities if forced to do so.
Biography
Willow was born blessed - by the colour of her hair alone. Her people, the Vahla, believed her to be blessed by the Goddess. In addition to this, Willow was brought up as an only child of her parents. Therefore, her childhood was very sheltered and she was fiercely protected. It was the hope of her parents and her people that she grow to take up the mantle of "Chosen One.”Like all Vahla, Willow's childhood consisted of travel throughout the stars. The perpetual search for their Homeworld saw Willow learn how to make ends meet through unscrupulous means. She learned how to turn her appearance into a weapon and specialized in theft throughout her upbringing. Yet, for as protected and "blessed" as she was, Willow yearned to do more than move from ship to ship and port to port. She wanted to see more than glimpses of worlds. She wanted to experience them to the fullest.
"Opportunity" came in the form of the Darkness. Over the years, multiple Sith powers rose to prominence in the Galaxy. And with each rise, a small schism broke their people. Most would desire to stand alongside regimes, with the minority choosing to maintain their search for the Homeworld. With each time, Willow was not given a choice: she went where her parents demanded. And they demanded keeping up the search. Before long, what was once a large flotilla had eroded into a single ship due to these schisms.
Without a community's support to fall back on, it became increasingly difficult for Willow's immediate family to maintain their search. There were many days where she remembered going hungry, as they had to decide between rations and ship fuel. Yet, the silver lining was, their stops began to increase in length. Where they once would stay on a planet for a few days, weeks could now pass. And, through their misfortune, Willow's dreams were slowly coming true.
In the present, the single family of Vahla continue their search about the stars. And along the way, Willow clings to every precious, planetside moment that she can.
