Pros and Cons

Strengths

  1. Sharp - like a whip. She's intelligent, and quick thinking, tackling most problems with ease
  2. Foresight - While she can't look far into the future, there are times when it really does seem as if Wisp is a constant step ahead of everyone else
  3. Balanced - When it comes to Light or Dark sides, she fits comfortably right in the middle, not favoring one side or the other for a variety of reasons
  4. Tethered - Both a strength and a weakness; Wisp has an extremely strong connection with the Force, unfortunately her abilities are hard to understand for most, including herself at times

Weaknesses
  1. No Control - She has no control over when her lapses and/or connection to the Nether will happen
  2. Questionable Perspective - Due to her lack of control, she has times where she's not quite sure what is real and what isn't
  3. Flighty - Time spent walking the line between Reality and Spirits makes Wisp easy to spook around new people

On The Inside

There is a quiet, eeriness to Willow that normally drives quite a lot of people away. She always seems to be there, but not be there, and really this couldn't be any more spot on. With her unique abilities, Wisp sees two sides of the world and it has affected her quite thoroughly. There are times when she may seem brash, or irritated, arguing with things that do not appear to be there to any others. Then there are times when paranoia is constant, and she wants no one near her. Each day varies depending on her experience and what she encounters. But beneath all of that, Willow is kind and a gentle spirit.

In most cases, she would prefer to stay out of the fray when it comes to combat. She sees too many things, hears too many things, and therefore can never be sure who or what is actually there. Add that to the occasional insight to the immediate (but ever changing) future, and it's just not in her to fight. She would rather tend to others, nurture things be they Dark or Light. She just needs to learn to control her own problems first.

On The Outside

The days have been hit and miss for Wisp for as long as she can remember. She's been quite the oddity since her childhood, and that always seemed to drive people away rather than pull them in. She would know things about people, or about things that would happen all too quickly after, and the unnatural nature of the fact was unappealing to most. Even her own parents were careful around her, never quite the doting, affectionate lot, but they were not by any means cruel to her either. Not that the child-Willow was really bothered by this fact. Being close to people was problematic; seeing things about them would upset her, especially if those things were dangerous or even fatal, and so she put distance between herself and others. This continued throughout her adolescence, though over the years she steadily learned to mostly control her little touch of clairvoyance.

But growing up also came with new problems and things she couldn't understand. More often than not Willow found herself - at least spiritually - in the Nether realm. There was no explanation for this, no rhyme or reason as to why it was happening, but it continued to do so when she would try to sleep at night. And as she continued to grow, and her connection with this ability grew, the slips between reality and the Nether began to happen more frequently - like when she would be awake, trying to do daily tasks, or out for a walk.

As a full grown adult now, these slips have become so frequent that Willow legitimately lives between both realms - hence her nickname Wisp. The worlds bleed together for her, pulling one side to the other almost constantly. It's become so much of a situation in her life that she finally reached out for help. While naturally Wisp has no idea if the Solanacea can help her or not, it's the only lead she has for the moment either way over such things.
