Wind in the Willows [Thurion]

Vortex
PurplePlanet-FT.jpg
Descending ..
[member="Thurion Heavenshield"]
The Oathkeeper. How many parsecs has this ship done now? This ship is their home away from home and Coci had grown very fond of it. As it broke through the atmosphere of Vortex, white curls of air form around the ship and billowed behind it. The sight of the planet was something to behold, sitting pink and swirling in the view and as they began descent toward The Cathedral of Winds the shifting landscape pushed against the ship. It would be a tough ride and Thurion would have his work cut out for him, to land it. And white knuckles and pressed fingers gripped the co-pilot seat as Coci sat nervously.

This is much needed time away for husband and wife, and with all the pulls and pushes of duty in a lull, they took advantage of this time to get away from it for a few days. The children are settled well within the Silver Temple and so would remain there to attend the Academy and progress their studies to become Jedi.

"Steady .. st .. steady", she said softly, more to calm herself than to back seat drive. Thurion and Coci had decided ages ago to visit all the Wonders of the Galaxy, they had been to Makem Te and this to be their second. They had come to listen to the song of the winds ...

"I got it...!" Thurion replied, also more so for his own assurance. The violent winds shuddered the hull and made it difficult to steer, and at times it sounded like the ship was coming apart. "Teetoo, put whatever leftover power we have left into the stabilizers. We'll break apart, otherwise!" The ship vibrated and shook violently. "Come on, hold together..." At last they'd broken through the heavy clouds to feast their eyes on the planet below, just as the worst of the harsh weather subsided as they descended. The vibrations ceased and no longer did the hull make sounds as if it was hung over. Leaning back into his chair, Thurion looked to his wife. "See? No worries at all..." he spoke with confidence while sweeping a hand through his golden hair.

The planet of Vortex was beautiful to look at from above, all purple landmass and blue oceans. The only sentient being calling this place 'home' were the emotionless Vors, who were the caretakers of the Cathedral of the Winds. Lately, however, the planet had come under Sith rule, so they would have to tread carefully. There's no telling who's working for who down there, and getting here was difficult enough. Getting off-world could prove even more so depending on their actions. "Let's try not to draw attention to ourselves, shall we?" he winked at Coci as they got ready to head out. Teetoo could take them the rest of the way.

[member="Coci Heavenshield"]

Beads of sweat trailed down the side of her face, as she listened to words of 'break apart' and 'come on, hold together' and the best course of action was to simply close her eyes. Coci sat willing the Oathkeeper, with everything she had, her will, the force, overwhelming desire to live and an overwhelming desire to put her feet to the ground even on a sith world. This did not help, she could still hear the ship straining under the heavy pressure Thurion had to ask of it. "Who's idea was this?". A poor attempt as jest to lighten her own mood as well as his.

Eventually the ship leveled off and only then did she open her eyes to look at Thurion and she opened her mouth to breath. "No worries, who was worried?", finally she smiled as the ship found ground. Clicking out of the harness, Coci stood up and moved to him, not draw attention! "Teetoo! looks like we will not be needing that 'get your jedi here' neon sign", she poked her tongue out at Thurion as she stood behind him placing her hands on his shoulders to massage them.

"One large well known ship, two Jedi with throbbing pulsing force signatures, said Jedi known leaders of a group foe to them, swanning in to their outreaches to visit a wonder under the radar .. what could possibly go wrong?".

She turned his seat around until he faced her before placing her legs on either side to sit straddling him. They are on holidays, in a private ship and with the possibility of being found out! It was very exciting. Coci grinned down into his face and kissed him, and as she pulled back her own fingers found their way through his hair she loves so much. "Shall we?".

[member="Thurion Heavenshield"]

"Hey! Who are you calling 'large'?" he asked, pretending to take offense while petting the control panel he was sat at, her deft hands massaging his shoulders. "She's not large - she's a fine piece of machinery in her primes. She didn't mean it, don't worry..." When she then spun his chair around he made a playful "wee" sound until he was faced with her straddling him in the Captain's chair. Her black bodysuit hugging her features - all of which had only grown more generous with age, mind you - Thurion settled his hands upon her hips and gazed up at the face he'd so easily lose himself in. "Let's..." he uttered softly before placing his lips upon hers, kissing her hard with every ounce of the love and passion he felt for her only.

The palms of his hands roamed her backside as his teeth soon found the zipper for her bodysuit by her neck, then proceeded to unzip her if only a little bit. Her neckline exposed, he began to shower her with even more kisses, tracing it up and down. "If you'd... like to stop... now would be the time," he told her while interrupting himself with even more kisses.

[member="Coci Heavenshield"]

She smirked at him as his silliness but it was so good to see Thurion relaxed and having fun. A little bit too much fun as it turned out. His hands soon telling her of his intentions pulling her forward by the hips and kissing her with the fire of passion. This kiss did not go wanting, as Coci parted her mouth to show her hunger of him. Thurion's mouth warm and soft found the softness of neck, it was impossible for her keep back her desire as a long soft groan escaped her lips. "I .. I was referring to leaving", she said hardly with the ability to speak.

Coci felt his teeth tug at her zipper revealing her neck more, the heightened sense of passion fueling her desire and reaching up to place her hands on his shoulders she pushed him back in the chair, her black eyes finding his sapphire blues fixed with a message unmistakable. One hand reached for the tag of her zip as she sat back straight and slowly undid it, as it traveled to below her belly button, she spilled out of it before she peeled the black suit off her shoulders to the waist.

"You fancy unwrapping the rest of the .. package?", she smiled with wicked intent.
[member="Thurion Heavenshield"]

Stunned by her beauty, Thurion did not answer her question through the use of words. Instead he bursted out of the chair and pushed her back against the wall, hands around her wrists as he pressed his lips against hers, hard and passionate. Getting rid of his leather jacket, now patched up after being torn up during the Toola skirmish, he let it drop onto the floor at his feet before picking Coci off the floor and into his arms, their lips forever locked together. Turning around with her in his arms he laid her down on his warm jacket to keep her comfortable. Heavy panting escaped him as he broke contact with her lips and instead journeyed down her slender neck, relishing the scent of her skin and the taste of her flesh upon his lips.

He was forced to stop, however, when a loud banging against the ship exit echoed through the largely empty vessel. "You in there! Step out and identify yourself," a gruff voice barked from the other side, prompting silence from the couple. "Uh, yeah... Just a second," Thurion replied while keeping his gaze upon that of his beloved, grimacing at the awkward yet hilarious situation they found themselves in. "You should probably get dressed," he whispered to her, yet he refused to stay away from her for long and once more kissed her soft lips.

Once the two were at least somewhat presentable, Thurion had the door opened and the ramp lowered itself. Outside there stood a squad of what looked like Sith security forces, led by a large man with terrible scars running down the length of his face. The orange glow of his eyes suggested he was a servant of the Dark side. "Your ship is not in our records, Captain. Who are you, and what is your buisness here?" Giving Coci a brief look, he straightened his jacket and walked down the ramp. "I sure hope it's not on record, yours or anyone else's," he began with a sly grin. "Name's... Rash Dendar, professional smuggler and the occasional trader. This lady here is my co-pilot, Cico." The brute-looking man stepped forward to get a closer look, all while Thurion offered him a mock salute. "Yeah? Well, you watch yourself 'Rash Dendar'. If we catch you gambling or partaking in any other illegal activities, your ass is grass." With that he and the members of his squad marched out the hangar they found themselves in.

"Close one," he told Coci with hushed voice. "I can't even begin to tell you how much it pained me telling you to get dressed," he then said with mischievous tone and smirk on his lips.

[member="Coci Heavenshield"]

A curled fist thumped the floor of the ship out of frustration as she lay bare on the floor of the Oathkeeper. Damn the Sith ...

Quickly scrambling to her feet after Thurion had gone to 'answer the door', Coci peeled her black suit back over her hips as Thurion had managed to get that far before.. she signed. Next she put her arms through the top part of the suit and zipped it up only half way, getting back into the suit takes more effort then getting out of it. But instead of going to the ramp, Coci found their private quarters and changed into something more suited for the visit, the black suit screams 'operative' and has nowhere to hide the likes of sabers and weapons. So she changed into a fresh pair of cream trousers, white shirt and charcoal jacket and tucked away her saber within the folds.

By the time she joined her husband, he had managed to satisfy the inquires of the security officers, no doubt on the books of the One Sith however she remained silent only offering a coquettish smile in the process which she turned onto her husband after they left them. "Rash Dendar?", she chuckled still holding her mischievous smile, "Smuggler extraordinaire", her eyes lingered down over him, "Fancy a little 'play' .. later?".

Yet her mind remained focused around them, they are very much in enemy space and brutish men had reminded them of it. "Yes that was close, and we should go to the cathedral sooner rather then later". This is not a mission, well not one associated with the Sanctum but one personal to achieve an achievement very few get to do in a life time, to see all the Wonders, with the more hardest ones to come being located on Coruscant. "We need to keep an eye out just in case we are followed".
[member="Thurion Heavenshield"]

He shrugged. "It was the best I could think of. 'Thurion the Smuggler' doesn't exactly strike me as genuine," he replied with a smirk. "I fancy doing much more than 'play' with you, but it will have to wait, unfortunately." Before leaving he addressed Teetoo still on the bridge via his communicator. "Teetoo, make sure no-one gets inside, no matter how curious they are. If need be take the ship into orbit." Thurion then took his wife by the hand and pulled her in for a brief but passionate kiss. "Let's go, babe," he added with a grin.

Making their way outside, the world of Vortex greeted them with more gusts of wind, although nowhere near as strong as during their descent. Keeping his lightsaber in the inner pocket of his leather jacket so as to keep it out of sight, Thurion and Coci did their best to blend in with the locals. There were the occasional Sith patrols that they had to watch out for, but on the whole their journey to the Cathedral went pretty much unnoticed. Once they got there, however, they found that the entire building was under lock-down and guarded by Sith forces. Finding a nearby alleyway, husband and wife peeked around the corner to get a more detailed view before hatching a plan to get inside.

"So... got any bright ideas? I'm not the master of stealth, here," he teased while observing the compound. "They've turned this place into a fortress."

[member="Coci Heavenshield"]

Peeking around the corner, over Thurion's shoulder, Coci's eyes narrowed to glean a better look. "Sith don't have a very good structure or understanding of tourism do they", she added with jest. The Cathedral grounds has a wall around it, not so high and made of stone but atop it the Sith had constructed a energy barrier, electric to keep interested people from scaling the walls, but it would nothing to stop a Jedi from jumping. But she had the feeling the Sith would have surveillance monitors around the parameter, why? she did not know, what was going on in there that required this, shut down.

"Curious isn't it?", her hand raised, and gently stroked her chin as if she had a beard, teasing her husband as it is his habit, it was impossible to keep the humour from her black eyes. "I think jumping over the wall is out, however, I could form an illusion to distract the guards and we can slip passed, or I could conceal us both and we can tiptoe in the front door, sneak passed them or .. we could be delivering a package, we are smugglers after all".

Coci pulled back from the corner and went to the other side of the alley to see what might aid them if he was to choose the latter. She noticed a few shops back up the street, selling various wares and goods, "And where would we get such a package? you might ask? .. we steal one", she gave her Thurion the cheekiest wink, and boy did his backside look good in that get up.

Thurion turned to his wife with an amused grin and a raised eyebrow. There was a very lighthearted mood going on between both of them, which was very refreshing. They had to get out more, just the two of them. "Naturally the most dangerous suggestion is the way to go, don't you think? They'll never see it coming..." Just as he finished his sentence he grabbed Coci by both arms and pinned her to the wall of the dirty alleyway. A patrol of four made their rounds right beside them, yet were unable to detect them in the darkness. As soon as they passed, Thurion couldn't help but seize the opportunity to press his lips against hers, his grip of her still firm. "Exciting, isn't it," he commented as the kiss came to an end, a mischievous smirk on his face before the kissing resumed. Once it was made clear the patrol was not coming back, he eased his hold of her and instead lovingly embraced her.

Eventually they made their way to one of the shops Coci had scoped out. Plenty of unsavory types there, with none of them being members of the native Vors species. "Now, then... what to deliver to the Cathedral..." As they began browsing the store, one of said unsavory characters snuck up on him with an offer. "You wanna buy some death sticks?" Thurion eyed the creature and had a hard time figuring out just what species it was. "You don't want to sell me death sticks," he calmly replied with a subtle wave of his hand. "I don't wanna sell you death sticks," the clear abuser of such substances repeated. "You want to go home and rethink your life," Thurion added before simply turning around and resuming the browsing. "I wanna go home and rethink my life." And so he did, leaving the shop without so much as a word to his friends who looked on with confusion at what just happened.

"You found anything, yet?" he asked Coci browsing another area of the store.

[member="Coci Heavenshield"]

The event in the alley way was still playing on her mind, yes this trip was exciting but more so the building anticipation of more to come, later. Coci did not fail to show her 'enthusiasm' toward Thurion as he pinned her to the wall, it had reminded her of the cave the first time they met, the raging storm, thunder and lightning could never be compared to their fire and passion for one another. "Deliciously dangerous", she had replied to him with equal impish gaze.

Coci was browsing the goods pilled up around the shop, she looked over the top of the display and listened to the exchange between Thurion and some strange looking being. I bet he always wanted to say that, she thought remembering the line from one of his favourite holovids. She could not help but smile, when he approached her, "I think I have", she said presenting the first item, ".. and we will need a fair amount of them", she held up a black tapered candle. "And these as well, I think black and red is the colour of the day".

"I don't suppose you could do that.. ", she waved her hand about in front of his face like weaving a spell with her fingers. " .. again on the shop owner?", she grinned with pleasure as she was enjoying watching him do that. "I think four boxes should do it".

Meanwhile back at the Oathkeeper....

BANG BANG BANG!

"Open up!", yelled a gruff voice of brutish man. "We have orders to search the ship. I know your in there!".

BANG BANG BANG!

Teetoo, connect to the ship through the socket, turned the side guns and targeted the security officers and one very ominous looking Sith. The engines of the Oathkeeper had been cooled but remain ready for take off .. just in case. Ignition started the engines whirled and grew hot before take off. The men outside stepping back from the ship but open fired, with little hope of damaging the hull, the sith however, ignited his saber and lunged toward a panel on the side to target the wiring and disable the ship but the Oathkeeper .. or rather Teetoo, open fire with the guns, sith and security dispatched as the ship rapidly made for atmosphere to wait in orbit.

It did not take long before a warrant for arrest was issued on the two 'smugglers' ... and the search for them, begun.

When she made the remark about hand-waving, Thurion snatched her hand as she did the mock gesture and kissed. He then laid eyes on her wedding ring, identical to his and he smiled wide. "I love you," he spoke for her ears only before giving her ring a delicate kiss as well. "As for your suggestion, I hardly think stealing is part of the Jedi mantra," he teased. "They're just trying to make a living. Not their fault their planet's under Sith rule." With that said, they casually made for the shop owner behind the counter with several boxes of candles. Force knows holy places cannot have enough of those. The clerk eyed the pair, not sure what to make of them.

"You two are not from around here, are you?" he concluded, palms upon his counter. "Is it that obvious?" Thurion replied with an easy-going attitude before he started checking his pockets for credits. "I'm sure I have some around here somewhere..." When he checked the inner pocket of his jacket, however, the shop owner caught a glimpse of what appeared to be the hilt of a lightsaber. His eyes widened and he leaned closer. "You... you're not Sith, are you?" Thurion looked to Coci, then back at the man behind the counter. "No. We're not." The owner's face lit up with hope to replace the previous look of gloom and doom. "Then take it," he told them, handing the goods back to them. "Go in peace, Master Jedi." Slightly taken aback, Thurion offered the man a gracious bow and a smile. "Thank you, my friend. May the Force be with you."

Leaving the store and the disputable neighborhood, the two made for the Cathedral once more. "We'll find a way to repay him, somehow."

[member="Coci Heavenshield"]

Knowing full well Thurion would never have gone for the plan of 'stealing' the candles, Coci had a plan. She followed him to the counter to find the shop keep, laden with a box of red candles, Thurion had the black. She listened to the exchange of words, without a word but did not like the idea of the man knowing their possible identity, not for them but for him, he was now in danger simply because he had seen them. Already the 'alert' was placed around the city for their arrest and numbers of patrols had doubled, questions are asked of all people in the streets and shops and eventually, they would find their way here. Although Thurion and Coci would be gone, the shopkeeper's life was in peril.

Coci gave a nod to the shopkeeper as they prepared to leave, however, "One moment my love", she simply said as Thurion was about to exist through the shop door. He is not the only one that has the ability to mind trick, she grinned at him for a moment. Fishing through the folds of her jacket, Coci located her 'budget' she always travels with and placed the credits on the counter, more than enough to cover the costs of the candles. "You have never met any Jedi", she said quietly with a subtle movement of her hand. "You have not sold any candles today". The man's eyes glazed over, "I have not met any Jedi .. I have not sold any candles today". The memory of the event had been removed. "You are tired and need to sleep". She picked up the box again. "I am tired and need to sleep". The man turned and left for the back rooms.

Leaving the shop, Coci found her beloved waiting for her. "We will my love, he will be rewarded. We had better get a move on, I get the feeling it is time for haste".

[member="Thurion Heavenshield"]

He was fortunate that she was with him - Thurion would have never been able to bring himself to extinguish what little hope lit up in the shop owner, even if it was for the man's own safety. This was for the best, and he knew it. "I'm glad I have you," he spoke softly as they left the store behind, carrying his share of boxes under one arm and taking her by the hand. For this one moment their lighthearted approach was replaced with the gravity of their actions. As soon as they laid eyes on the Cathedral once more, however, there was little time for contemplation. "So we just waltz through the front door, huh?" he teased, noting the sudden increase of security. Even more patrols littered the streets, but they were safe in the dark alleyway for now.

"Teetoo," he hailed the astromech aboard the Oathkeeper. "What did you do?" With a series of bleeps and boops he was told of the situation in the hangar and that he was forced to take off. "Well, that's just great..." he rolled his eyes, then looked at Coci. "The plan remains unchanged. You ready?" There was no need to ask her, he knew this before he opened his mouth. They'd come this far, so they might as well see it through to the end. One last kiss he shared with her for good luck. "Here goes nothing."

Weaving their way through the Sith patrols between them and the Cathedral, either by moving from cover to cover or by simply blending in with the rest, the pair arrived at the front gate where a multitude of guards awaited them. "Halt! The Cathedral is not available at this time, civilian. Please return to your homes!" Thurion feigned ignorance. "Oh, I'm sorry! We were just sent to collect more candles by the Vors--" Before he could finish the guard snatched one of the boxes from his hands to inspect it. "How come I didn't see you two leaving the Cathedral in the first place?" Thurion shrugged. "Probably because you're incredibly busy keeping the planet safe from enemy incursions," he replied with focused gaze, applying the Force to his words. "And you're doing such a good job."

At first the man seemed confused and simply stood and blinked, the box of candles still in his hands. "Well... I am incredibly busy keeping the planet safe, that's true." He then regained his composure and handed back the box. "Nothing but candles, anyway. Open the gates!" With loud creaking the massive doors of the Cathedral of Winds were pushed open. It was unlikely these had seen any use since the Sith takeover. "Thank you. We will enjoy our stay," Thurion spoke as he and Coci passed the guards and stepped inside. "Of course, sir. Enjoy your stay!"

The gates closed behind the couple, and immediately the boxes of candles were set aside on the floor. They had served their purpose. "Wow..." he let slip as eyes widened at the sheer scope and unique architecture. His arm found Coci and wrapped itself around her waist to hold her close. "We did it..."

[member="Coci Heavenshield"]

"I think waltzing might draw some attention, as much as I love dancing with you", she grinned. As they approached the main gate, it took every ounce of will power for her not to draw her saber. Sith lined the walls, mostly of low rank and unable to detected their force presence. Coci warped the force around them both, reducing their 'presence' to zero, it would take a very powerful Sith to 'uncloak' them, one that would know what to look for in a force void.

Thurion did his 'thing' again, Coci felt it as the guard was persuaded to let them pass, her only response was to smile. But as soon as they were clear and had entered the main body of the cathedral she could not help but stand in awe of the place. Long thick carved columns pushed up to high vaulted ceilings almost invisible to the naked eye. The marble beautiful of white flecked with greens and blacks was polished and jointed to perfection. She could hear their breathing, it almost seemed to loud and out of place and the meekest of whispers echoed through the long room. "We did it", she returned his excitement and awe.

At this moment, the wind picked up and the song that issued through the cathedral was simply beyond words to describe, Thurion might do better to illustrate the natural beauty but Coci stood and listened as her beloved held her close. High up in the roof, Coci could see the openings though which the wind came and she pointed them out, her hair played among the breeze and she could swear that the music entered her body. "This is .. otherworldly". Her words, no matter what words she spoke, were out of place and foreign in the music.

She pulled away from Thurion and took his hand to lead him further into the cathedral heading toward the front, it was strange that their foot falls are not heard. Coci stopped them near one of the bigger open windows, the wind much stronger here and the music more intense. She moved close to Thurion, her arm finding his waist as she rested against his chest just enjoying their time. I love you, so very much. She did not wish to destroy the music with her words this time, but sent the message through their force bond.

But as much as she was enjoying the moment, her senses remained on alert, it would not be long before 'company' would find them and they would have to leave. And it might prove harder to leave then they might think.

Although the shopkeeper was questioned, the patrols did not get any information from him but they had been spotted in the street, their descriptions noted and three patrols headed for the cathedral ... it would not be long before the main guard would learn of his 'mistake'.

There truly was no describing the music created by the Cathedral. All he knew was that it made his heart and soul soar. "I love you too," he would whisper back into her mind as he wrapped his arms around her and the two began to slowly sway back and forth to the music. There was no rythm to follow, but merely drawn-out notes of the most beautiful sort as if played by a full orchestra. Just for the two of them. When suddenly the door was being pounded on from the outside - no doubt because they'd been found out - Thurion simply raised a hand to make the lock on the large doors twist and turn until impossible to open through conventional means. He was not ready to give up this precious moment so soon.

The shouting grew even louder, and soon the Sith began to cut their way through the reinforced doors using plasma cutters. Still, Thurion and Coci calmly continued their dance without worry in their hearts. Only when the doors were about to be thrown open did Thurion speak to his beloved, still remaining calm and joyful. "Get on my back." Making sure she was secure, Thurion then climbed up one of the large constructs through which the wind created such otherwordly music. "Hold on tight," he told her moments before the doors finally gave way and the Sith barged in. They quickly surrounded them, aiming blasters and shouting orders. Thurion paid them no mind, for they were about to go flying.

Another powerful gust of wind howled through the Cathedral and its many instruments, causing the couple to be launched through the window like leaves in the wind. With the Force as his ally, Thurion was able to steer where he wished to go as the two soared through the air far from any Sith patrols. He even managed to make them fly farther and for longer than they would otherwise, as the view from up there was unbeatable. Thurion finally set them down on one of the rooftops, far from the Cathedral of Winds. Letting Coci climb down from his back, he then proceeded to take her by both hands and continue their slow dance with the music still being heard from where they stood. "That... went way better than I thought."

[member="Coci Heavenshield"]

The safety of his arms no Sith would ever break. Coci placed her arms around Thurion’s waist and let the moment take her as their bodies swayed with the ethereal music. The pounding on the main doors seemed like echoes of ancient drums from distant times, sounding the herald of coming war but they had heard them before, too many times in fact and no longer did the sound instill fear. Not when they are together, nothing will ever tear them apart.

But time stands still for no one and just as the doors are about to burst, Thurion directs her to climb onto his back. She trusts her beloved with her life and without question she complies taking a strong hold over his shoulders while wrapping her legs around his waist. The force filled him with might and power she could feel it assisting his purpose and to the studied eye his aura grew larger than life around him pulsing with the force of all things. As he began to climb, Coci kept watch on the Sith as they entered the room, one hand leaving the grip of his shoulder to take up her saber which ignited to deflect any bolts that came their way.

Through the window of the cathedral they flew, the wind, the cathedrals accomplice, assisted their escape as if fighting in defiance against its captors. Such a beautiful place should never be held to ransom from the galaxy nor should its song be silenced. Wonders of the galaxy, places where words fail to describe, hold nothing to Thurion. Now out of harm’s way, Coci marvelled at the man she calls friend, lover and husband, he never fails to surprise her and each time spent together she learns something more, something new about him and in this moment she realised that that would always be, from this day to the end of time.

The flight was amazing, for someone afraid of flying this held no fear for her, a gift he had given her to feel free of constraints, permitting the elements around them to take them away trusting them to lift them both out of danger. He found them a place of safety and they resumed their dance, as he spoke all she could do was shake her head with a smile, “You are beyond compare”, and she meant it with all the love that resided in her heart. Her lips warm and soft found his and as they touched, nothing existed anymore, but him.

The music filled their souls, lifting their love for each other up to sore upon the wind and the dance atop the Cathedral of Winds would fly in the face of all evil and enter the halls of legend.
