Wondering a few things

Hai there! =D

Well yeah, as the thread states I was wondering a few things;

1. The Knight/Master list is it up to date?
2. It is about the long term roleplay. Is it really almost like a full-time master or rather like the posting will just take a lot longer and you will only learn what you ask for.
3. Are there currently any lesson threads for the cute initiates to join? =3

PS: I am not yet an initiate ICLY, I am first developing my character a bit more within the outside world before going into the order and get my ic restrictions :p

Hello!

1. Yes it is

2. What? This depends on you -- there are certain masters who covet the Padawan + Master relationship. [member="Carn Dista"] and [member="Phylis Alince"] will only write with one Padawan, whereas others will teach in the traditional fashion, but will take on more than one student. There is no loss with either method, it's all about preference.

3. There are, depending on what you want to learn. Most are already underway, but new ones pop up every once in a while. What is it you'd like to see?

Thanks for the quick answering. I know, I can be a bit vague since english is not my first language and I have dyslexia. I was just wondering if there are some classes going on. On my sith there are people now rapidly starting classes for acolytes to join and train. I was only wondering if they were currently doing also on this side :p

Yes there are a number of classes that are currently going on and we often have new ones popping up! I'm wrapping up a class on Form V and I have another class discussing the philosophies of the Jedi which were all open to anyone who wanted in.

On top of that, there are a number of us who work with padawans on individual lessons. When I was a padawan (and I still do!) I would PM any master I was interested in working with on a particularly skill. We have a list put up by [member="Corvus Raaf"] that outlines a number of areas that the different masters/knights of the order are able to train in.

On top of that, there are a number of Jedi/Republic missions that can be learning experiences. And if there aren't any you like....you can make one up and invite people, we usually all jump at the opportunity to get to know other Jedi and participate in those sorts of missions.

And remember that the Master-Apprentice relationship is a two-way street. When you are taken on as an apprentice, the Master has certain expectations, but so should the student. So when you seek out a master, be clear on the sorts of things you want to participate in (e.g., missions with well-rounded training vs specific skills training).
