Wondering Wanderers (Asariy Vaé)

Asariy Vaé
Coronet City was a beautiful place. On her way to another bar meeting, as that's what she seemed to do most of the time, Tamara had stopped at Treasure Ship Row and was admiring a beautiful collection of embroidery crafts at a stall. Having decided that one was to her taste, she paid for it and walked back into the street.
It was a lovely day, but she knew well that usually that was a prelude to something going horribly wrong. Either that, or she'd end up having a drink with a random person. That was also rather fun.

Having made her way to the first of many random planets, Asariy landed on Corellia. Beautiful place with wondrous sights to take in. With some final directions to her maids, she left the ship to explore the city or Coronet.

Street vendors lined the sides and crowded around each other, fighting for business. Some of which she would pay attention to. Buying a large, plump, and juicy fruit, Asa snacked as she moved amongst the people and creatures alike. The fruit was good and whet her appetite. A proper meal was in order.

Traveling down the streets more, crowds waned then grew strong again. In one of the areas in which they seemed to flock the most, she looked for a cantina, or bar, or some kind of restaurant. And it was found. It was a decent place and the atmosphere lively.

SEAT YOURSELF
A large sign informed her to find her own seat. She did so and waited for a server.

Tamara had the same desire, and headed down the road, stopping outside the same eatery that Asariy had gone into. Stepping in she looked around, but the place was busy. The only free chair was next to Asariy.
"Excuse me, is this seat taken?" she asked with a smile.

Asariy say, wondering when a waitor or waitress would approach her. When the woman who just entered the building walked up to her she thought she would have been the aforementioned server. But when it turned out not to be, she took it in stride, "By all means, take a seat," she nods, returning the smile.

"I'm Asariy. Asariy Vaé. Busy day, isn't it?" Her voice, though soft and quiet, is able to travel above the roaring sound of the patrons surrounding them.

“Tamara. Pleased to meet you. Very busy, plenty of rush and dash. This is a nice place though, I remember they do good nerf burgers here, if you like that.”
They eventually attracted a harried waitress and Tamara made her order; the aforesaid nerf burger and some wine.
“And for you?” the waitress asked Asariy.

Choosing to eat lighter today, she ordered a salad. "I'll keep that in mind, thanks for the tip. I might come back again." She glanced over at the woman, "Do you live around here then?" She implores, noting that she seemed to be a little more well connected to the environment than Asa. Who, on the other hand, felt a little overwhelmed, but took great care to keep this fact hidden. First day on a planet looking like a lost puppy would turn out well.

“Oh no, I don’t live on Corellia. I come by, every now and then. I am most interested in seeing and experiencing the sights of each planet. You though, do you live here?”
She suspected not, but it was hard to tell sometimes. Corellia was a very cosmopolitan planet, with people from all over.

A grin crossed her face, "I don't "live" anywhere really. My ship is the most permanent thing in my life really." The food arrived at the table. Gazing at the burger laid in front of her new acquaintance, she had to admit, it looked good. "So what brings you here this time? And if I may ask, where are you from?"

Tamara gave an airy wave. “Oh, I come and go, back and forth, you know how it is,” Tamara said with disarming vagueness. “I just love Coronet City, it’s so lovely at this time of year, don’t you agree?”
“What sort of ship do you have?” she asked, drifting the conversation back to her lunch companion.

The trailing in Tamara's voice left questions unanswered. But that would come another time. "I fly a newer ship. The YGX-2350. Parents gave it to me as a parting gift." Taking a few bites of her salad, she chewed and swallowed. "What about you? Surely you must have ship if you travel so often." Ships always interested Asariy, the magnificent beauty of them was enthralling.
