I am intending to remake VyperTek Industries, but I can't for the life of me remember the details of it or even think of HOW to remake it from the ground up and I need to know how to do so.

If you are recreating it, I do believe it would still be factory > Company creation. Other than that, I'm not sure what you are wanting....
