SPECIAL FEATURES

• Force Radiance- because of the Sith Alchemy used in the forging of the engines, like other Derumium based technology, force sensitives in close proximity to them may feel a radiance of the Dark Side.
• Trails- These engines leave a crimson trail a short length behind them as a result of the reactions taking place inside of them.

STRENGTHS

• Ability vs Age- despite being constructed before the Great Hyperspace War, the engines are capable of matching speeds of modern engines (engines made as of this post).
• Easier to be Repaired- compared to other technologies made from Derumium, the engines were forged to be repaired easier due to their integral nature as components of Akhuul's navy.
• Quiet- these engines, most likely a result of the force being involved in their construction, are far quieter than any of their counterparts in the galaxy making them harder to detect from sound sensitive tracking devices.
  • A low hum that could only be heard immediately close to them would be the only sound that they make.

WEAKNESSES

• Irreplaceable- if the engine is damaged beyond repair, there is not enough Derumium to construct a new replacement.
• Niche Application- these engines are designed to only be equipped by ships made by the Derumic Androids, in particular smaller craft such as fighters.
• Integral Nature- due to their prominence as the engines for Derumic Android small craft, they make for prominant targets whenever the small spacecraft equipped with them are in battle.
  • If these are attacked and neutralized, they would leave the equipped craft paralyzed and at the mercy of the enemy.

DESCRIPTION
Before the Great Hyperspace War, the estate of Akhuul Sautra, an ancient Sith Lord, was developing new technology using a unique metal called Derumium. One of the most importance advances in technology were the new designs for a Derumium based navy for Akhuul to wield against his rivals. The engines for his ships was possibly the most crucial advancement for this new navy.

Despite the age of these engines, they were so advanced for the time that they are now on paar with modern engines (engines developed as of this post). However, this technology is likely to not be proliferated throughout the greater galaxy since they can only be equipped by ships developed by Akhuul's estate. Furthermore, all of such ships are stowed away on Sautra Vokh. The Wraith Republsor Engine remains as the engine used by all small spacecraft within Akhuul's aresenal today.
