Intent: A body for Kaiburr
The X-2 is simply an upgraded version of it’s original the X-1 which was an altered PROXY droid by Xerek Ortho and Tregan Mallhane. However Xerek eventually was able to leave the droid body for a live one. She eventually came to meet Kaiburr who was also in an inferior droid body as she was once, feeling a bit of pity she offered to sell him her former body after she had copied it down. Kaiburr accepted the deal and paid a pretty sizable sum to obtain it. After that he performed alterations on the droid body to properly permit his own use, adding new systems with the now more room that was left from losing the need to protect its former owner's brain. The current version still has many of the abilities of the first as a result. It is faster and stronger than most, has considerable durability, is able to project holograms or mimic voices, and has good sensors. It was then equipped with a partial droid brain that was used exclusively for translation purposes, but which can be repressed by the Shard to use everything himself. The two primary risks with the X-2 are mostly the same as the original, submersion in water or similar liquid can seriously damage its systems currently, and could require a good bit of work in repairs if recovered. The X-2 also still requires charging and taking care of it or it will simply stop functioning properly.

- Duraplast armor: Results in a great resistance to EMP/ION weaponry. Which was extremely important as failure of the system could result in the death of Xerek. Additionally this makes it very hard to damage by most energy based weapons. And gives a general advantage against most others. Though this is less important for it’s current user, it still remains useful
- Safety cell: This area was replaced to more easily permit it’s current user, a Shard, to control it. As it requires less room now there were also additional features added to ensure good use. A partial droid brain was put in place which is fitted with several thousand languages and the capacity to learn new ones. This makes communication easier. However it was designed so that it is used exclusively for translation, lacking any real intelligence of its own. And is also completely disconnected from the rest of the body aside from receiving power from it. He can intentionally repress it and turn it off if need be, and control everything himself.
- Hologram Emitter: One of the few systems that transferred over from the PROXY droid. This allows him to take on almost any appearance. However it is limited to around a 4 inch length from any point on the droid. But 6 inches for the torso. While this can be used for camouflage, it may not work very well as it does generate light. And would be a bad choice in the darkness. The emitter, though very detailed, can also be discovered to be fake as it may not fool all types of sensors, things like detailed sonar would pick up quickly that it was a droid body. And the sense of smell is completely unhindered. The emitter can either generate one that has been recorded, or one which has been created originally. Though originals are more difficult and are usually patchworks.
- Physical ability: The basic abilities of the droid: It is much stronger and faster than most species of equivalent size. While it would not be able to outmatch a wookie in strength, and would probably end up damaging the motors trying, it could easily handle a human. And would at least pose a threat to the strength of some trandoshans. The speed of the droid body and its dexterity is also quite insane, and is superior to those of a magnaguard or commando droid. Unfortunately, the brain itself is still somewhat limited. And while the body can move at ridiculous rates, the brain reaches its limit regularly at such speeds. As a result of not being a combat designed droid-brain it is not actually at the full speed the body should be capable of.

- The body will require occasional recharging in order to fully function. Though it can last a few days without it. However, not charging the body can result in slowed down functions, weaker sensors, and over-all inferiority. The user could potentially recharge it themselves but this would likely require energy and effort that shouldn’t be necessary.
- Does not possess any sense of smell or chemical analysis. If the droid did have this before, it was lost during the change.
- The body can no longer mimic abilities like the original could. Meaning while it can take on the appearance of an individual. It cannot produce things like lightning, shields, blasts of energy, or any other kind beyond its current functions.
