Xaelis has overcome some of the restrictions preventing him from directly using his own powers and has learned much more over his long time within the stone.
+/-Force Bond: An involuntary, abnormal, force bond is created between Xaelis and whoever wears the stone. This force bond ceases anytime the stone is removed, and can even function with non force sensitives. Originally this granted use of the Kaleesh’s powers forcefully but he eventually learned to overcome this, with a much more equal playing field. Though his power might still be controlled, he also has a greater chance to prevent it, or to manipulate the user.
+Survival: Though not directly useful to Xaelis, no longer possessing a normal body. Xaelis was quite skilled at a combination of Force Body, Enhance Attribute (durability), and self healing. All his physical advantages were lost however. These powers could once be forcefully used by the wearer, now Xaelis can lend them willingly. This is not a certainty of survival, especially as Xaelis went through great effort to ensure his original body was extremely healthy even beyond normally possible for a kaleesh. As a result, these do offer great benefit, but are not sure-fire ways to avoid death.
+Precognition: Though not as advanced as many more properly trained, Xaelis is still able to catch on faster to oncoming physical dangers.
+Telekinesis: His strength at telekinesis is not strong and it seems an ability he is inherently weak to using. It is often imprecise and relatively non-powerful. As a result, this is typically limited to more minor effects such as pulling a weapon to him, slow movement of items, or attempting to unsteady an opponent.
+Awareness: While at first he could not perceive outside of his wearer, he eventually gained some level of awareness of the goings on outside the stone. This is imprecise but grants him a general understanding of things akin to force-sight and some hearing.
+Languages: Having been worn on many heads and heard many things, Xaelis obtained access to many languages over the years.
+Combative prowess: Xaelis has seen many battles when in his own body and the stone. This has allowed a fair amount of knowledge on weaponry and tactics. His own skill however heavily lies in melee combat with some range of weapons, or unarmed. While he is a good shot with a slugthrower rifle, he is no marksman. And while he did learn a few things about the force, he is not familiar with the workings of a lightsaber.
-Immobile: Xaelis lacks any ability to move his stone on his own, at all. The only way for it to move is by outside influence/use.
-Presence: Xaelis doesn’t know how to hide or alter presences. As a result, he can hide neither his own, nor the stones, nor the users. This can result in a very obvious target for force users. His own presence is mostly light sided, while the stones is clearly dark sided.

Appears simply as a red coloruful stone.
BIOGRAPHY:
Xaelis was a force sensitive kaleesh, however he received minimal training and as a result had very limited skill in the force. He was an extremely skilled warrior and was known for somewhat abnormal tactics that appeared aggressive, yet was most often meant to simply divert attention towards him. Xaelis had a very strong skill at evasion and defense, but focused most heavily on his physical body. Strengthening and empowering it both through training, scientific methods, and through the force (though this was not what he called it). His methods repeatedly resulted in him deep in enemy lines allowing his allies to do more damage as a result. However while his power did appear to earn him the title of god, his life as a living being was not to last. He was faced with a sorcerer, one that proved far more powerful than the Kaleesh, far more crafty, and far more learned in the force. Instead of killing the kaleesh, which proved too difficult, he stripped his mind from his body and imprisoned it within a stone on a mask used to harness the kaleesh’s power. For the rest of the sorcerers lifetime, this worked. Strengthening him and allowing him to feel nearer to immortality while Xaelis languished as a prisoner while his power was used by another. The sorcerer would eventually be defeated when, while engaged against a ship, Xaelis managed to restrict his power allowing the sorcerer to suffer a mortal wound. Xaelis would be taken by others for decades4. Used as an item of power again and again, presumed to only be another form of sith alchemy. Spending time on and off. Until he finally landed upon a Jedi, given to them as a gift as they feigned turning to mercenary work under a hutt. It was with this jedi that Xaelis truly began to change. And feel his own will regained, as the jedi pretended to use his power, yet refused to actually do so due to his more dark sided nature.
In time, he even communicated with the jedi to the surprise of them both. The jedi was certainly concerned, but came to understand the situation. Though he did not agree with the kaleesh on many things, their conversations grew more common, and Xaelis’s battle knowledge and
additional awareness became quite useful over time. Two minds working together. In time, he was even taught things about the force, rather than merely harnessed for power. He found ways to aid the jedi willingly. The Kaleesh, once considered a god to his clan, would never have expected to consider one of another species a friend. Let alone that he would accept ways outside of his own clans.
But like his own life, all things must pass. And so did the jedi. He was given to another, whom he guarded, but whose paranoia tossed him aside as sith trickery. Xaelis himself had learned to use the light side, when he was in his right mind. But the stone and mask remained a creation of the dark side. And it was felt.
It would be centuries more before he was once again donned, discovered by a scavenger who noticed the masks durability and enjoyed the style. They wore it, and for a time Xaelis remained silent but watched. The scavenger seemed kind enough, and in a moment of danger, Xaelis shielded them from harm. Only revealing himself to the scavenger when they were alone, asking them not to remove him as it had been a long time since he last spoke to anyone. The scavenger worked with Xaelis for a less problematic way to work together so that the scavenger wouldn’t need to wear a mask all the time to talk with him, and they found a way to make it so that the stone could be removed and applied, with some time, to another item. Most regularly a headband. Once again, Xaelis got the chance to work with another and experience some sense of life.
