- Accessibility: A fortress that could be seen if one were to enter Khofar orbit from designated coordinates, which are only known to those who need to know. It features a moderate amount of guards from all kinds of species who are mostly armed with blaster rifles. It would be difficult to reach on foot through the jungle because the trees are very thick and help in hiding it.
- Description: A massive playground for the Hutts who come to visit, it appears at first as if it was a very old monastery or fortress. However the structure was only built within the last forty years. It is located miles above ground level.
- Throne Room - An enormous throne room that is filled with an indoor garden, intricate rugs and throw pillows, and an amphitheater that circles around the room overlooking the throne. The grated floor hovers over gallons and gallons of dark blue water; this water pit is where Xazzah has dropped many guests who have displeased him. The grate allows him to watch them flounder until they grow exhausted and give up - a lesson for all of his slaves.
- Sauna/Meditation Rooms - Rooms for his honored guests where they can enjoy the natural hot springs that seep up steam from the ground. Other rooms offer quiet reflection over the jungle views.
- Lower Levels - The lower levels carry a dark undertone to their name. These floors are more shrouded in shadow from the jungle trees, as they can house prisoners in cells, take in ill-gotten goods and substances through a secret landing pad in the back, and also house rooms that are famous for the torture and destruction of droids.

- A pair of powerful turrents located almost at the very top level. These could cause moderate damage to most small and medium-sized vessels that fly in close enough. They serve more as warnings than full-scale mechanisms.
HISTORICAL INFORMATION
Xazzah the Hutt despised planets such as Tatooine, Nar Shaddaa and Coruscant. He dreamed of creating a vacation home reminiscent of how Nal Hutta had once appeared to his ancestors: a lush, vibrant jungle where he could partake in his vices in peace.
Once he had spent decades earning money through podraces on various Outer Rim worlds that were far too harsh for his tastes, he started construction on a fortress hidden away on the vibrant planet called Khofar - which was indeed far away from prying eyes.
To do this, though, he would need an endless supply of bodies and manual labor, especially since he had a bias against droids. He advertised an adult-themed jungle resort that could be accomplished in a few years time, complete with the chance to invest in its market value, and soon many unfortunate souls had traveled to Khofar to help build his dream and stake their claim.
The workers who helped clear mile after mile of forest soon found themselves relying on him for daily food and water, which he supplied at a price. When these workers acquired debt with no chance to pay him back, he had them sign their rights away and enter into servitude, promising to house them if they were worthy servants. This proved to be a lie, of course, as many of them either died building the palace, were sold off for profit, or met their end in the dark water tank below his throne room.
One such slave who did live to see its completion was Magent Aven, a Twi’lek whose parents had been sold years before.
