PERSONALITY AND BELIEFS
Xazzah acquired his wealth and his legion of supporters by being one of the most selfish Hutts in recent history. He buys and sells individuals on a whim, but has shrewd business sense and a very long string of luck when it comes to betting on podraces, which is how he acquired most of his fortune.
In recent years, since completing construction of a sprawling palace tucked away above the jungles and rivers of Khofar, he has become somewhat reclusive, sitting out the recent uprising regarding the Hutt Cartel, in favor of smoking and napping in his palace. He has become disinterested in the goings-on of the other Hutt clans and prefers the company of his closest and most trusted advisors.
STRENGTHS
- A vast amount of resources from credits to weapons to people.
- A strong constitution that allows him to process most poisons.
- Resistant to some Force powers.
WEAKNESSES
- A lack of agility as a Hutt
- A distrust and bias toward droids, leaving him ignorant to certain technologies.
- Too trusting of his inner team and those he has known for a long time.
HISTORY
Around 100 years ago, Xazzah assumed the role as leader of the kajidic clan Korja, an old family that had acquired its wealth rigging games on Nar Shaddaa.
Growing ever weary of living on such a polluted world, Xazzah sought to get away from the fast-paced life he had now assumed as leader of his family, also weighed down with duties tied to the Hutt Cartel.
He advertised a deluxe pleasure palace on the little-known world Khofar, promising a blissed-out retreat for the Outer Rim’s most powerful and famous criminal elite, filled with saunas, massage rooms, and the best treats - sentient or otherwise - that could be delivered by ship.
To do this he needed a vast supply of laborers and slaves, many of whom lost their lives believing in this dream. While constructing his palace, most of not all of his servants acquired debts simply trying to eat, which Xazzah used to his advantage.
One slave who did survive the construction and rose her way through his ranks was Magent Aven, who he had helped raise from an infant.
