The XC Precision based rifle is is a powerful DMR used at long ranges as a lesser sniper. It doesn't hit as hard as a sniper nor does it have the range but it is still very useful. Levanthal gives it to spec-op units to take out high targets.

I would just go ahead and remove the '(300 rounds per minute)' section here. I know this is half of what your average assault rifle is capable of, but it might just confuse folks that aren't aware of this fact.
