Description: This is an XS light freighter that has been modified to fit Payback's needs and then mass produced for the Confederation. They boast triple turbolasers as well as heavy warhead launchers, able to take out many ships. They are very fast for their size. Another bonus would be the boarding capabilities of the ship. This ship is fast and powerful, but lacks in shielding. It is commonly used by members of the Pirate Confederation who usually modify it further to meet their needs.

Unfortunately;

1) I've found no evidence of any shipyards over Uquine, nor any evidence of a starship manufacturer over Uquine that would be capable of this.
2) The Pirate Confederation is not a major faction, and thus not allowed to mass produce capital ships on any level.

This means I'm going to have to deny this until such a time as the above to conditions (Major faction status and legal manufacturer) are satisfied.
